I loved the apology.
I hear what folks mean about the possession reveal being rushed, especially after all of Edith's suffering.
BUT!- The apology from Killion ╥﹏╥
It was just soooo heartfelt.
We'd been seeing for a while his true personality, without the total control/ influence of the author, but to see again how far he went I.e. the research and then the apology
I can't (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ
Also, so often Isekais are criticised for 'all being the same'. And MCs getting their way so 'easily'.
Whelp, who else forgot that actually the FL had the memories of her past life? #-.-)
I think the author needs to get their flowers, because they showed AMAZINGLY that a child (even with their past memories and memories of reading the novel) is still only a child. And a commoner, in that time period, was still only a commoner.
We see it all. The FL and the other Serpentes went through HELL.
Brava to the author, because even with the knowledge of the suffering- NOTHING could've prepared the FL for the depravity of the wider Sepentes.
Nor how changed she would emerge from their kidnapping.
The helplessness. The PTSD. The rage. The sadness. The desperation.
I'm genuinely baffled by the complaints TBH.
Their revenge was *always* going to be complex, because their suffering was part of a much wider and darker scheme.
Largely, this was about family members willing to sacrifice those that loved them for the chance of greater power, influence and wealth.
And said family members forgetting that children grow up
This had the potential to be really sweet and wholesome, but the dialogue felt stilted and weird.

The MC always looked like he was in pain. The ML's face was in a permanent smirk...
Then at they end, they rob us of the one thing that could've rescued this dumpster fire?!
Possible MPREG?!!!
How dare you hint, but show us NOTHING?!!
(╯°Д °)╯╧╧
Sometimes I feel sorry for Fake Princess, cos if the situation were reversed and the main character was being continuously ignored I'd vehemently dislike the royals and Duke
That scene with the FL holding Yuuri in her arms in front of the flowers. Talking about how being around each other gives them both magical warmth...
I can't (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
I.. I have no words?!!
Did the ML try to die but suicide in an attempt to get the MC to go back to him? But crucially the ML didn't actually die??
Cos some of the interpretations of the raws are confusing
I really loved the main couple, but the plot had quite a few holes and the ending felt rushed & unsatisfying
1) If the ML's kingdom effectively lost the battle/war, why then did the MC's original kingdom not continue and try to take over their land or demand things i.e
gold, fur, land etc., so the battles/war would stop?
2) Yes, the ML's kingdom have a deep connection with the wolves but does that mean the people are faster or have better eyesight??
Just any practical advantage?
They keep talking about the war/battle going badly, but the kingdom seems pretty AOK every other scene ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
Also, if it is going so badly...Why isn't the genius sorcerer/2nd prince on the front lines??
You know when manhuas go on and on and on...Then on again? Adding unnecessary curveballs and drama for the sake of drama?
This half brother arc feels like an unnecessary curveball, filled with unneeded drama
Also, anyone else like to see more depth in the relationship between the FL and ML?
I'm scared that with the author dragging out the story (I am very much enjoying these random invasions and side missions. Genuinely haha ) that there will be rushed and sudden confession from the ML.
A snog and then 'The End'.
With side stories, if we're lucky ( ̄∇ ̄")
While I'm really glad we've seen character growth and an explanation for the trauma responses the ML gives.
...But the abuse and near execution of the 1st concubine was TOTALLY on him.
(╬ ̄皿 ̄)凸
He knew she was a child and that her family had both used & abandoned her.
He didn't need to show her affection, he could've asked the blue haired concubine to watch over her or link their palaces. Anything!?!!
Is anyone else bemused by the FL's lack of plan for:
A) Either introducing their daughter to the ML or
B) Saving enough money and then fleeing the company, so the FL & daughter never meet the ML again or
C) Hitting the ML on the head with a sledgehammer, in the hops his memories come back ( ̄∇ ̄")
It just feels like she's being really passive and meh, about something quite
important #-.-)
Yes, we know that the mean purple haired lady spread false rumours about her relationship with the ML
But CRUCIALLY that didn't come out because of the FL, it just kinda happened with the ML eventually realising it'd become an issue and nipping it in the bud.
For all the FL knows, the ML ABANDONED her after finding out she was pregnant. And now doesn't remember her and has/had a fake fiancee...
Bruh...I'd be going to jail... ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
I want to read it, but read it when the Uke realises his mistakes lol. Anyone know which chapter that'll likely be?
I've only read chapter 1 and it feels like the FL is also regarding the OGFL as a 'fool' and a cause of the Duke 'wasting' his fortune by getting her treated.
The art definitely feels familiar, so it'd be disappointing if *this* is the direction they chose to follow
Been LOLing and binging this, because it is AMAZING! And sooooooo funny!
It's so rare to have such a prideful and yet weirdly relatable FL ლ(´_`ლ)
I'm in llllooovvvveeee
Please keep updating regularly, Scanlator-nim
It's been (technically) 5 chapters folks. In that time the FL has tried being out of her way nice and when this didn't work she went for blunt force.
However, with all of the above she still doesn't have the authority that would come from the ML openly and visibly supporting her.
So she has to move tentatively and practically.
Also, although she's a noble- technically she's fully in enemy territory AND her family has washed its hands of her ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
TBH, she's doing everything she can
After all the arcs and chapters with the FL's friends and their families... Nothing lol.
Surely, they would've at least been invited to the welcoming/introduction party with her dad??
And after all the preparation for university/college? Nothing?!
All the FL's entrepreneurship?
Her dad's ill health?
When did the uncle break up with the other girlfriend??
The 2nd male lead, who likely was a sociopath? He just *calmly* accepted the FL not returning his feelings??
For crafting a character with such a realistic and relatable main character
