He has a child with Mun Ku (og FL) and around 10 years or so later he has a child with the white haired girl since I think that's the age gap between the children.
So yeah, she becomes his second wife and he does have sexual interactions with her later down the line as well.
I do not think it's a prominent part of the story, but it definitely does exist.
