Ohhhh it’s coming together, I could be completely wrong but I’ve been trying to follow this and if true that then intend the mc to be the next vessel then that makes sense as to why they they sent him here. Because they knew the ml would face off Hyeol Seon, they probably intended to for them to fall in love so when time came that Hyeol was resurrected in the mc, that the ml would be unable to kill him due to his love for the mc? (Cuz he’d have to kill both)
That also brings up the point of Qi Obstruction, the whole point the ml intended to be the vessel himself was because Qi Obstruction would kill him and Hyeol Seon, so wouldn’t it be the same issue with the mc who also has Qi Obstruction? But then I remember that the mc intended on casting away his Qi Obstruction from the beginning so maybe that’s also part of the plan, have the mc cast off his disability, have the ml fall in love with him, and be practically unstoppable as Hyeol Seon’s vessel

The story may be a bit confused at some points so my theory may be way off but I’m actually kind of invested and curious how it’ll go down so yeah that’s my theory and if it’s true I think it’ll be an interesting “who’ll sacrifice themselves” at the final battle

Actually a really good message and moral of the story at the end, to not be sad at someone’s death but rather happy that they live through you and cherish every moment you had from them.
In all seriousness I’m glad it’s over because it was clearly taking a toll on the author but it was definitely a good story. Not my favorite, but I’d read it again and it was a good take on the “dying but possession another guy’s body and re-meeting someone from their past life” trope, probably my favorite AMONG the tropes, yall can hate me for that, but it’s the only one I didn’t drop and could read through LOL

I’m trying to understand but I just can’t. I’m grateful someone is translating but at this point it’s the same as reading the raws because I’m just here looking at the pretty pictures rather than reading and understanding.
Since this is a complicated story I might just have to wait for the officials or read the novel more.

Dude I’ve always felt bad for the ml after learning his side and backstory, (honestly more so than I’ve felt bad for the mc) some of yall last chapter were saying he deserved to be raped and said that he deserved everything coming to him and the mc leaving him, but like this poor man.
He never wanted to hurt them, he just didn’t know how to react or what love even was because he has literally never experienced love ever, and every time he thought he did, his father would shut it down.
What happened was unfortunate, the mc couldn’t understand him and he didn’t know how to communicate to him, they’re both victims, even when he was telling the mc about himself, he always had this pained look on his face.
He was finally coming around and feeling comfortable around the mc when the mc left him, not his fault, but it just broke my heart, how they were finally getting to know and understand each other better, finally being able to show their love, while the ml was about to finish experiments so that he could finally live with the mc in peace
I genuinely don’t blame him for anything he’s done, when they broke up, he didn’t want to he just didn’t know what he was feeling was love and how to express it
And then when he forced the mc into marriage, he wasn’t blackmailing him, he genuinely was trying to get them under his custody SO he could protect them, just like he said. He never wanted his son or lover to go through the same things he did even if it meant destroying his body in the process
In the end, the father got what he wanted and figured out their insecurities enough to use them. Manipulated the mc using his doubts of the ml and prayed upon it before the ml could open up more, until the mc broke off the bond (the father knowing he’d do that too) so that he could then manipulate the ml using his new found weaknesses to do anything he wanted whether it was to rape him with an omega or experiment his body, using the mc and threatening him with their son.
Maybe I just feel too bad for him but I genuinely don’t think the ml has done anything wrong at any point, he was just a victim who didn’t know how to cope and was raised with this pain and manipulation, could he have done things differently and the mc and him would still be together? Of course but it’s not a problem of miscommunication, it’s a problem of they have too much trauma to know how to begin healing it, and the only way to solve that is quite literally to remove the father and spend time with each other enough to open up about themselves, which is hard to do
But yeah sorry for the yap session but it’s been building up until yall started to realize the ml was never an intentional asshole and could understand what I was talking about. But yeah basically I think the ml is more pitiful than the mc and I genuinely have never felt so bad for him in my life, I’ve even taken screenshots of his faces he’ll sometimes have where he’s just full of pain but trying to smile for the mc and their son. I genuinely want him to have happiness, more so than the mc, and these next few chapters will quite literally be way too painful for me to read, I may shed a few tears I feel so bad for him
AND I WAS HERE SUPPORTING HIM SINCE DAY ONE I knew there was something pitiful about him and he wasn’t the asshole the mc and author was making him out to be AND I WAS RIGHT

BUT HONESTLY, I wasn’t sure about the past lives things because it’s been way overdone and for usually no reason but I’m really liking this new information that kind of ties to it, that Kihoon wasn’t experiencing misfortune because his fate was forcibly changed but that he’s supposed to be a soul unbound by fate that is now given one, I’ve never seen something like that and I think it’s really interesting and gives the past lives thing more of a reason to exist

But what made me so confused and hesitant to say he’s pregnant is how he is. Did he get pregnant from the ml when he fully has ultimate yang obstruction? Do two qi obstructions cause pregnancy? Like where did his womb come from and is this a common phenomenon in this world (like would his family have known and that’s why they sold him off type deal?)
