Am i wrong to think that the ones who said they prefer Eiji as top and Rui as bottom are “beginner” fujoshis/fudanshis? Cos ngl i used to think buff seme, petite uke was the “ideal” until I got bored of it, and behold masculine ukes were introduced to me and i don’t regret it.

Depends on the cliche for me. Sometimes I still prefer bigger tops and smaller bottoms however something that has changed since my beginning fujo stage is that I really prefer older uke and younger seme and that usually works best when the seme is larger and the uke is smaller. Depends of the dynamic for me

The norm has always been big seme small uke in my head if its size, but i guess what i rlly meant was the ones that rlly oppose the idea of “big bottoms” since normally i’d just roll with whatever (still prefer my norm tho), moreover there’s a long list of yaoi mangas with petite ukes, hence faster boredom of the “big seme small uke” norm, so i think ones like these are kinda more rare (ignoring the plot cos alot of ppl hate this manga due to it).
