Yeah, grooming and pedophilia is wrong but what will the comments achieve when the readers aren't even listening? Idk what you guys think but as much as I feel bad for the second ml, I don't want him to be back with the mc that much. If the author had a change of heart and made him the endgame I don't really mind that much either.
He had problems in his family where he doesn't have any much choice but to break up with the mc so I think the break-up was reasonable.
For the current ml, idk, I'm at ch21 rn and I don't see why some who saw him as bad or terrible is wrong cuz looking from 3pp I think he is terrible, not because some can't differentiate between fiction and reality but they (and I) think blackmailing isn't good for the mc so he's labeled as terrible.
And no, mc does not know what kind of mess he's in cuz think about it, if you had a trauma and someone (the only person) who (accidentally) knew about it offered to help you, of course you'll (some) agree because you want to move on and heal from that trauma not knowing the person "helping" you is just dragging you down.
In my conclusion, yes, the ml is as terrible as others say in this comment section.
And I don't know how the second ml became a groomer cuz from my perspective, on the past they're both young and now (current) they're both an adult, age gaps exists and it's not like they dated when the second ml is on college or something and mc on elementary. In the current chapter I'm in, they still have feelings for each other and ml is just pretending to "fix" it but in reality breaking the two of them apart for no apparent reason other than he thinks mc is sexy.
Idk though and idc I just want to say what I think.

Looking back on my 5 years past self, I don't understand why this became my favorite until I've reached chapter 4, now I remember liking the plot so much because this is the only manga I've read with that plot (+art)
