I just read whole novel hehe it was short but yeah, I cried terribly, it will just go downhill from now on until the very end, bittersweet ending, at first I hated ML a LOT for longest time, almost throughout whole LN actually but at the end i didn't feel anything towards his character, not being able to see if he actually changed at the end made me feel very disappointed

There's a lot that will happen actually after this chapter and it will just get worse and worse, some chapters were genuinely scary to me, ML is psychopath not understanding emotions etc.
I'll try to make it short as possible but, after this MC will act like everything is fine between them, then ML will get more possessive and crazy, they have another physical fight, ML decides he don't want to love MC anymore and starts bullying him in school, they often physically fight till they bleed, Mc is bullied lot he wants to move out, his mom have new family tho, he falls into depression and is suicidal, ML comes to his house crying begging him to be by his side, Mc is lifeless he just looks at him, then ML says he will make his wish come true if it means he'll live and so ML will finally let him go with last "Sorry"
That's end of main story, then it follows story of ML from his pov, it's nothing new
After that there's side story where MC Miss ML and thinks of him, at the end it's hinted they got together
