Moving forward sarah had lost it she was not the sweet sister in law since she heard about Noah condition she is been trying to keep her from the “treatment” so she would go crazy and they would take her to the hospital for good
She kidnaps Noah and put her in the basement by then the killer had infiltrated her house as a bodyguard he then takes her after killing the bodyguards => sarah tells the police thar Noah killed em but her father doesn’t buy it
The killer doesn’t kill noah he lost his control over Linda she was kinda helping Noah she never told him they could speak together and his waiting for his friend’s to turn into a ghost (the one who helps him try to kill Cain) so he could do whatever he wants with his help
Cain rescues Noah thanks to the ghosts help and we finally see how the killer looks (he is ordinary looking but has the same hair as Cain)
Noah and Cain and Six are all together now in a motel because Noah refuses to get her family involved she meets Linda outside and they have a conversation
Linda was helping the killer cuz he was threatening her to kill her mother (we see how she looks absolutely gorgeous)
The killer was targeting noah all along Linda died only because she was standing in front of their mansion looking for a job
Thats the end of the spoilers I highly suspect that the father has something to do with everything and the therapist already told her father that she sees ghosts there is something fishy to why the killer is so fixated on kidnapping her and killing her and he claimed to be a surgeon plus he rips faces so maybe he changed the way he looks
