Spoilers up to chapter 40 so far this is the important things that had happened
Linda apparently is working with the real killer she tells him everything that happens with noah thats how he knows where she lives and him and Cain are different people same hair different faces and the killer can hurt ghosts
The killer apparently breaks into noah house and she catches him trying to murder Denis her nephew (he ends up with an injury and his life isn’t in danger)
Six (the ghost who is with cain) realizes that the killer is not just one person, so the killer and his accomplice go to kill Cain
Noah calls cain and she hears him saying to report to the police before she can her brother stops her but her therapist reports it (apparently he can see ghosts too and Six asks him to report it )
Cain lives with a few bruises, a cut in his hand and one of his eyes got hit (not sure if he got blind ?? Will see when his bandages come off)
Basically there is something fishy with her family especially her dad Linda had told Noah before in chapter 33 or something that her family is keeping something away from her and the killer is looking for more ghosts to lure her father using her

Chapter 59 is basically just filler (nothing really happened) chapter 60 update: Sehyun and froggie and the celestial manage to bring down the aquatic looking creature by poisoning him with an arrow and they free everyone ( they are still kidnapped they are just out of the cages)
