You should know that the timeline was switched around somewhat for the anime though and some stuff that is in the show only happen later, and there is a few things missing (not much but still)

It's not fake because it was in the site Manga Updates information. I think it was taken down.
If it exist I guess it’s not fake but so far there is no trace of it and it would be weird for an official release to just take it down. After all they have to buy the rights of publication from the author and everything beforehand to market it. So them deleting it out of the blues seem pretty doubtful...
Check our bureau of investigaytion's review on top. Apparently it was on the site but they took it down. Maybe it was too graphic or something?
