Derrick- can’t love Penelope because he feels guilty for being the reason Yvonne went missing. Penelope hates him. They have the worst relationship among the main targets.
Reynold- starts being nice to Penelope after the event in the attic. The relationship get a little better but Penelope can’t forgive him for all the things he has done to her in the past.
Vinter- falls in love with Penelope but feels guilty for judging (believes she’s evil) too early. Since he is the reason the real Penelope is dead, he doesn’t believe he deserves to be loved Iseki Penelope. They stay has friends.
Kalisto- falls in love with Penelope and pursues her even though she tries to avoid him. They connect because they are both the outcast of their family. Penelope falls in love with him and starts living him after she kills Yvonne. The get married.
Iklies- obsess and possessive with Penelope to the point he betrays her, kidnaps her, and threatens to kill Kalisto to be with her. In the end, he sacrifices himself to save her from getting killed by Yvonne. Penelope is sad every time she thinks of him.

The real Yvonne is dead. A demon killed her and took over her body. Penelope by killing the demon allows Yvonne to Rest In Peace.
The reason why everyone loves Yvonne is because she hypnotized them. When the ML becomes Penelope, Yvonne only manages to hypnotize Derrick through his guilt and Iklies through his dark obsession.
The real Penelope is dead. All those attempts the ML played before waking up in Penelope’s body, happen to the real Penelope leaving her soul shattered.
Vinter is the reason why the ML is in Penelope’s body. She and Penelope are descendants of one of the great wizards. When Yvonne got her happy ending, she destroyed the world in her epilogue. Vinter is the only main target that survives and uses to forbidden magic to constantly bring Penelope back to life so she can defeat the demon (only a great wizard can). When the real Penelope dies, he brings the ML soul instead.

The ML dies because she decides her soul to stay in the Iseki world with Kalisto. She couldn’t forgive her family for all the pain she had to go through due to fucking misunderstanding.
