I can't say much, because I'm reading this since this was a shonen-ai. Still, it's a fluffy story, not so overdramatic, just enough drama to keep me interested in the comic.
Their relationship is long, from school, through uni and work life, so it's well developed in my opinion, which means they take time, enjoy the ride, and do not rush. That's the most enjoyable feature of the comic.
Also, as I wrote before, this is a slow-burn, so you need to take all the patience, and read without rush.
But, the art changes. I can almost assure that the current artists is different from seasons 1 and 2, 3. Still I love the current art style more than the others, and that doesn't change the vibe the story shares.
Istg the most unrealistic part of this was the dad researching more abt the lgbtq community, my parents have been thinking it’s a phase for 6 years now
