i must’ve missed something why does everyone hate aoi so much like yeah he didn’t reciprocate the ukes (sorry forgot his name) feelings but he still had love in general for him. it’s like the phrase ‘i love you but i’m not IN love with you’ and he never got in the way of the main relationship and just teased them
we still haven’t seen the boyfriend do anything wrong unless i’ve lost my memory so i personally don’t want the ham dating mr country guy
well he kinda put yool in a dead end, a sort of "i might die if you're not with me", (a kinda not-on-purpose-threat" of killing himself if he wasn't with yool) thats a very toxic and selfish thing to do, and yool feel forced to be in this relationship bc he knows that his bf really means it, even if the bf didnt say it on purpose. yool is very kind and is the type of person that stays with this person bc he is putting his lover's hapinness before his. i think thats also why his love for his bf left. yool isn't happy bc he probably thought that putting his man before himself would make him happy, but in reality its impossible to be fully happy by just watching someone's happiness, bc youre not fulfilling yours you know ? haha kinda wrote a novel here but i went through the exact same relationship so i understand him in every way as i feel soo good now that i'm finally single, i hope that what i've said made sense haha
Yeah emotional manipulation of suicide is crippling, it made me stay friends with someone who genuinely wasn't good for me and then have an abusive relationship for years because I was afraid he'd off himself. But I'm more confused about what op was trying to say because I couldn't figure out what the second half of the comment meant.
the way i see the boyfriend (anxiety/anger issues ?), i think he propably knows how to use his words. If he knows well yool, that means he also knows what yool can do for him and by choosing these words, he's also choosing manipulation. and thats how he forced him. But, if he's truly a crybaby with no "real intentions" then yeah he's just toxic for our baby yool and nothin more
yea that and he KNOWS yool gave up his dreams and is following his fathers path for him and yet he cant return half the sincerity back ??hes living his dreams with his bf's upmost support but hes okay with his bf slowly killing himself in law school ? imagine someone you apparently love being forced to do something they dont want and have to give up their dreams and you threaten to kys if they break up with you

anyone have recs similar to this? shy and happy girls instead of that annoying tsundere trope where she hits the guy every other chapter
Most manga shoujo is happy/bubbly shy girls, searxh in the shoujo tag,you will find many fluff stories...
not all of the FL here are shy but they're not the annoying tsundere's either. all of them are fluffy so i think you're gonna like them.

personally Yubisaki to Renren is my fave out of all of them. i mean all of them are good but there's something about YTR that i love so much.
sorry for interrupting but thank u so much for this recs !! i also hate the annoying overly tsundere types Σ( ̄□ ̄||)
welcome. yeah. i don't like over the top tsunderes but tsundere characters are actually good if only they're done right like Misaki Ayuzawa from Kaichou Wa Maid-sama. that anime is basically my childhood lol i recommend it to you if you still didn't know the anime/manga of it ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ノ~
I could never like tsundere types to be honest. The only well written tsundere is nanamin from jujutsu kaisen, cause he realistically written and has beautiful character depth. Most tsundere esp girls yell, hit and blush while doing either or both at the same time. You need a good mangaka to pull a good tsundere character that MAKES SENSE. I never liked misaki even though i wanted to like her,i just loved the male lead lmao.
i thought nanami from jnk was more likely a kuudere than a tsundere lol but yeah i understand why many people don't usually like tsundere characters
really? usui was probably my least favorite part of maid sama. hes one of those shoujo male leads i feel didnt age well
Agreed i wanted to like him but in the end i couldnt bring myself to do so ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍
