It's mostly bc it ALWAYS happens on the first try by accident or in heat. Most of us would rather see their relationship actually start and progress before they willingly get a kid. As they said in the chapter they havent even gone on a first date yet.

This is literally so good I can’t wait till its done. 100% this should be adapted like banana fish was. Unlike some other yaoi/bl, this story doesn’t sexualize r*pe. It has a good plot, diverse characters. Everything. all the characters seem to have their own story. This author is amazingly talented I’m almost speechless. I hope a physical copy comes out one day so I can buy it.
