This chapter is up to date with the raw manhwa. Raw manhwa is released on Thursday night in South Korea and the official English ch is released by Tappytoon on Saturday at midnight. In other words, this chapter is the same chapter released in South Korea this week. Tappytoon is only a day or so behind.

It’s because this manhwa was released first on Tappytoon. It debuted in June 2022 on Tappytoon and then debuted in South Korea in November 2022. Tappytoon released it first which was quite rare. It’s probably because the artist is new since the chapters were released every 10 days at first on Tappy. After it released in South Korea almost 6 months later, the release moved to a weekly release and Tappytoon continued to get the chapters the same time as the chapters were released to Kakao in South Korea.
Probably gave the artist time to work on it. I think they know it'll be big bc the novel was popular in Korea too so they had all those events set up when the manhwa came out in Kakao.
