I can’t remember the title but there is a very similar story to this one it has an animation it’s in Korean and the main theme music is Claire de Lune by Debussy. Like I remember the scene where the uke coughed and spat some on the seme’s hand and the seme licked it (ew especially after covid). I CAN’T REMEMBER THE DAMNED TITLE.
