Everybody is looking the other way bc he's the ceo of the hospital and nobody likes the son. It's always happen in real life when they see a girl being abused on the bus/Subway and don't do anything but a person notices and help and the others now take action like telling "I saw him do it too" and they attack the molestor but not with the intention of vengeance but just free and justified violence
