I think, he just retains the emotions n skills from the practice/experience in the system thing n applies it irl w full control. He has no control of his body in the system experience but once he's out he has full control along w those specific skills n emotions
Iirc he wasn't actually choking him the other person just got scared from his acting, like expression, eyes, tone, aura or wutever
no, he's acting but he's very good, the system only gives him the "experience" of the characters he had to portray, so in the end, acting stuffs we see outside the system was all him (altho the system would also give him OP skills such as singing, playing instruments and language fluency)

In my opinion this was a good read. Sure the miscommunication made me frustrated but hey , that's what keeps a story interesting. The art also gets nicer towards the end
