The rating did NOT prepared me for how good this was!!! I love love love the fact that their preference for BDSM plays was not derivated from some weird trauma ou even deviating personality and it's just honestly what they need bodly and mentaly!
I admit that I kinda got confused somewhere in the middle cuz I didn't really understand their feelings for a moment, but after admiting that I'm just not that smart nor sympathetic the rest went real nicely hahaha.
Also, the PLAYS!!! Oh GOD the plays!! I just adquired the pee kink recently and this one was a TREAT, jesus! I loved their dynamic, that they just suit each other really well, and that the uke was able to stand out for himself and plainly talk about what he wanted and needed ( I also liked it very much that he seemed to come to terms with his age, which seemed to bother him, without a lot of drama just by understanding that his maturity was the best for his situation).
Yes, I do know that this is not one of the most deep stories or most well-developed plot overall, but - honestly - I didn't expect any of that nor did I wanted it. It was very clear from the beginning that this was about sex and that, oooh THAT, was indeed well delivered.
For what it intended and delivered and for how much this amused me, it's a five stars!
It was kinda messy, rushed and lacked some deep, but really sweet and although that last part (the fight when secrets were revelead) annoyed the heck out of me ( I KNOW it was for the plot solely, but that doesn't mean I don't wish they had just talked it out as it was perfectly resonable both their feeling of wanting to run away), I actually really liked it ??
The seme having color blindness and be seen as "defective" was a rlly nice touch in an omegaverse where usually it is expected of alphas to be perfect, but I felt like the uke deserved some more character building - he's sweet and he has suffered and wants to be happy, and that's all we have going ya know... I felt like his memory coming back was a necessity especially if he was to tell his story to others (some angsty scenes of him remembering and then him using the happiness he had with Ren to gain courage and it'd be perfect).
The plot is hella good and it could've been better developed, but it was sweet enough, tho I would've liked it more if we had seen them forming a family in the end, as a throwback to the first chapter with the pregnant omega, as well as a bonding scene, but well.... can't have everything!
And yet another what-could-be a perfect story ruined by the non-con, heh. If the seme properly apologized (at least, even tho it doesn't forgive the fact that it WAS rape) and tried to make up for what he did I wouldn't mind so much, but the fact that they just didn't care and completely forgot about it just makes the seme such an asshole for me.
If that scene just got replaced by some mean words being said so they'd part in not friendly terms it'd change absolutely nothing in the story and only make it more wholesome with them being so atracted to each other that they wouldn't be able to stop thinking about it.
Anyway, just my opinion. I'm seasoned enough to understand that some authors just would rather go with smut than a good story most of the time, but it was cute enough - 3/5.
Are we just forgetting how he was molested in the beginning like come not say that it okay for him to do what he did but it happened to him even if the mc had no bad intention behind it so if you bring up one think bring up the other the mc didn’t apologise for what he did. Couldn't care less about the romance between Psyka and Gyor at this point, to be honest. They're already a lost cause after all they've done to so many people on experiments, even on children whom were just trying to survive, just like them, and although Psyka showed pity and even sugested they escaped Blank together, I think it's just too late
If they end up getting a happy ending, I'd get seriously disappointed (tho I wouldn't mind a bittersweet one)
