We good. I know Aki was using him at first and that is definitely not okay but the good thing is, Ryuji knew what he was getting himself into from the start. And the painful reality is that some of us gotta settle for being second best to the person that we love sometimes. We can only hope that they fall truly in love with us someday like with Aki and Ryuji here.
But ofc, we should always put ourselves first, if the relationship ain’t serving us anymore, we can always leave and find a better man/woman. Doesn’t matter if you’ve been in love with the person for 50 years, if you want to leave then leave and if you want to stay then stay. It’s your call.
To Ryuji, if Aki’s still not treating you right and you wanna leave, we got you boo. We’re all simps for ya over here.

Made me realize (even more than before) that love triangles just aren’t my cup of tea and the only likable character was that one guy who was excited to raise a baby with his lover. All 3 MCs weren’t likable at all. This is just my opinion, everyone is free to think/feel however they want to about this story. You do you.

Ok I have so much to say about this webtoon.
I was put off by the messy unrequited love RECTANGLE at first but the author turned it into such a mature and realistic story with incredibly insightful conversations esp towards the end.
This wasn’t just a romance webtoon, it included many life lessons that anyone who is hurting from past regrets, bad decisions, or even an unrequited love that really cannot be requited would definitely appreciate.
I was blown away by the deep and meaningful conversations in the latter chapters. They’re not deep in a philosophical way but in a healing way.
Some aspects of the story are definitely painful (I was so tempted to drop this) like Sujin’s insecurities about being a “substitute”, and Minuk/Jaewon making peace with their unrequited love and moving on, and regretting not having done enough or anything at all to help someone in the past but the characters help each other navigate thru these complex emotions and “save” each other and everyone gets a happy ending. It’s definitely worth the bittersweet feeling you get after reading. Also, last chapter has a really cute sex scene for y’all who always need a little smut (like me)

I wasn’t that into Rex and Noah’s love story but I got so invested in Edan and Nain I’m glad it seems they stayed together in the end tho bc Nain deserves all the love in the world Overall this wasn’t as dark as it seemed but just really wanted to see more of the side couple. And I’m just guessing but I think Oliver was Owen’s lover

Had such a good time with this!! It literally felt like I was “reading” a Kdrama bc everything about this was super cliché (I love clichés lmao). And you wouldn’t even notice that it involved so little sex bc you’d just have so much fun reading it. The dubcon first sex is the only thing I didn’t like but everything else was super fun. And Heejae is such a cutie pie

I’m sad that the daddy sex scene (which is what I came here for) was a minor-adult roleplay. I do like consensual sex roleplays and yes they were both adults already when they did it but fantasizing about having sex with a middle school kid when you’re an adult is too much for me - that’s just way too young man. Especially when you take the age of consent into account (which Japan is currently trying to raise to 16). But I guess that’s just me.

Glad someone understands. Srsly shota/loli should be BANNED completely. Adults should NEVER involve children/minors in their sexual fantasies and kinks EVER. Doesn’t matter if it’s just fiction. I get the rape fantasy as long as it’s with consenting adults but children MUST NEVER be involved. There is absolutely no excuse. I know this ain’t shota but the seme definitely fantasized about a young boy for a moment there. Fantasize about someone your own age jesus christ.

I completely and totally agree Shota and Loli SHOULD NOT be allowed. They just allow weirdos to grow their perverted sexual fantasies involving CHILDREN. Like that is completely not okay and I don’t understand why there isn’t more people talking about how disgusting shota and loli culture is. How are you gonna see a guy online saying they like lolis having obsessions with girls that look 10 and not see anything wrong with that? Same thing with people who like shotas

That is so true. I wonder if you’ve already seen Unreported World’s documentary about pre-teen Japanese idols whose entire fan base are made up of middle aged men - super fcked up. What you said just reminded me of that doc. But good to know there are people like you who don’t condone loli/shota culture bc way too many people normalize it or dismiss it as “just a preference” blech.
He really did try his hardest to make up for what he did which I truly appreciate. But this gave us a rare insight into how powerless alphas are against their rut too. Some alphas abuse it of course but this alpha deeply regretted what he did and tried to make amends for it. Just a wee bit disappointed that they didn’t show the ex-gf again. I didn’t want her to encounter her rapist again (unless she wants to) but it would’ve been nice to see her all healed and happy in her own right since the reformed rapist got his happy ending after all.
Yeah I agree. I think I would have felt more at ease in the end if she was shown in the manga and was okay and healed, not traumatized. I just needed that little bit of closure to feel better lol. But I am still glad he got his happy ending :')
yeah this alpha is acceptable
