I really want them to remain as brother and sister only even if they aren’t blood related. That prob won’t happen based on the cover but i dont like how manga characters grow up together close as siblings yet they end up together just bc they’re not blood related. Now ppl will prob disagree with me but y’all just imagine u suddenly find out ur sibling is adopted or smth, so how would you feel if ppl started shipping u guys or ur sibling confesses to u and falls in love with u?
I am not really sure if they really treat or thought each other as brother and sister though....For the FL,she see the ML as a survival method and know that they are not blood related while for ML he see the FL as a sacrifice to be a Duke. So I didnt really see kinship between them, but it is true that the ML felt something when he thought that the FL is going to die, i guess the FL finally gain a place in ML's heart. It is just a small seed that havent grown.After thet spend more time, their feeling would become much more clearer. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Based on how he knows her from birth nd he’s kinda highkey raising her they’re kinda like brother and sister...he might act like he doesnt like her and stuff but he’s clearly grown attached to her nd ik they have different motives than being siblings but that doesnt change the fact that they’re in the same family and they’re literally growing up together so i wish they didnt develop feelings for the other bc even if they’re not by blood, they’re still siblings. Even if they care for e/o and love e/o that doesnt mean it has to be a romantic relationship, also im not hating on u or anything but i just wanna say my opinion so pls don’t misunderstand

How about considering the fact that the current anissa is a grown woman in a child’s body? She’s not growing up with Dietrich because she does not have a child’s mind, like the original anissa did. That’s the one who grew up seeing Dietrich as her brother. Also the current anissa has already commented AND drooled over Dietrich with the comment on how handsome he’d be when he’s older.
Then how about the fact that diet is a whole ass child who’s then being raised by a grown woman ? Just bc she doesnt have a child’s mentality doesnt make it less weird for her to fall for a guy who she’s growing up with and just bc she’s an adult doesnt mean she’s not growing up with him?? I like the dad bc he’s hot but i dont like him as a parent. Just bc he doesn’t know how to show his feelings blah blah doesnt excuse his parenting. His daughter grew up thinking he hates him bc of how cold he was to her and the most important thing that a parent needs to provide their child is love which he didn’t show her. The fl can be a lil slow with all the misunderstandings but knowing how she practically grew up yearning for his love while he never showed it to her, i can completely understand why. And lets not excuse his actions just bc he’s showing her some affection now when she mostly needed it from when she was a child, not after she finally died (then reincarnated) when he couldnt even do something as simple as explaining why he actually gave that sword to her, tbh if he gave it to me i would prob think that he’s asking me to commit suicide too considering how he never showed that he cared for her all her life. He’s also part of the reason why she died bc if he showed her some affection then she wouldnt have fallen in love with the prince who was just a lil nice to her
And that's why I got upset when the prince questioned how the fl thinks about her dad. Just because he knows the truth, doesn't mean that what she knows is a lie. She is completely justified in believing that her dad is a horrible parent and that she needs to secure her own life. Its true that this was all just a great misunderstanding, but nonetheless she deserves more.

This!! The prince did see his loving sight for his daughter but the daughter herself never saw it bc he didnt show it to her even tho she should’ve been the one receiving that sight. The image she of her dad is completely real and justified even if the prince knows a way better image of him and yes she deserves better

Exactlyy. They think any character with dark eyes and who’s been kidnapped is KS. Everything is totally different and it’s not like the KS artist invented kidnapping, that kind of plot has been used in books and everything way before KS even existed so i dont see why they compare it to everything now. If i ever made a manga and saw all the comments comparing it instead of actually talking abt the manga, i would be so upset

the only part I didn't get was the topic of finding the FML at the worn down palace....and the part where the butler/knight told the king it was a maid named Bella that told the crown prince about the FML was in danger (I think it may have belonged to her mom who died and the maids may have had a hand in that). It seems that abandoned palace is taboo for anyone to enter.
now that I think about it, its strange. if they were informed she was in danger, why would he choke her?
anyway. it was clearly a set up to have the princess away from her own palace in the hopes that she would be caught and punished by the king so that the maids would have enough time to steal jewelry and then frame Bella for it by hiding some of it under her pillow since they were planning to kill her in the beginning since she was close to the princess. stealing property is punishable by death
their plans were foiled bc the FML came back, they were discovered by the head maid, and she informed the king about everything that's been going on. (them being caught seemed to have been something the princess was planning along with Sandra...the maid with the black braided hair whose plans to also sabotage the princess but failed so she jumped ship and decided to help the princess instead on order to be protected from being executed.)
so now they're trying to do an investigation and so far Winnie is going to be executed for sure...sandra might be since she was impersonating Bella and the butler suspects her to be the other mastermind.
