It wasn’t awful, but it’s nothing memorable. Something to read when you’re bored. The plot for the first story sounded like it had so much promise, but it felt extremely rushed. Absolutely no character development, the plot was choppy, and the pacing was rushed. Everything happens so quickly, the problem was basically solved as quickly as it was introduced. No climax or anything, and there’s so much that could have gone into a plot like that. The second story was even more rushed than the first. They’re cute reads but nothing outstanding.

The main couple is cute, they just took a while for me to properly accept. But Heeso and Dojun are the real power couple here! I hope they get another side story too, they’re by far one of my favorite couples ever.

Aw that doesn’t sound too positive for another side story on them :/ but it’s her webtoon so I understand. She’s allowed to write it the way she wants. I just feel like most people found Heeso and Dojun’s relationship healthier and more interesting, I know I did. I’ve still grown to enjoy the main couple though. She probably doesn’t like too many people asking about the side couple when her plans to continue are for the main couple, and I respect that. It just turned out that the side couple was really popular :)

Well I don’t know but A LOT of people ask about Heeso and Dojun’s story, I think she gets overwhelmed or she doesn’t really want to focus on them since they are not the driving force of the story. I think she once said that she gets that people like the second couple but she can’t have them in every episode they wouldn’t be able to contribute much to the story and a lot of people ask her if Heeso will have a child which she has also mentioned countless of times that he is unable to. I’m assuming she is fed up with those questions.

I have so many questions and theories but now I’m just going to find somewhere to read up to chapter 81. I’m curious as to how Sakae and Aoi knew each other, Samar’s past with demons/yokai, Sakae’s relationship with Hanae’s mom and if he had one with his kids when they were babies, and Aoi’s entire existence is like a mystery to us readers. I wonder if Sakae possesses Hanae’s body because he’s his father and he cares about protecting him, or just because he wants to continue his vendetta against demons? There’s just so much!!

I can’t tell if the younger brother likes Adone (which would be weird) or Natsuki. Also why was Adone left on the other island for so long, his older brother gave off vibes that made it seem like it was for a bad reason, and so did Adone when he looked at the other island in a weird way in the earlier chapter, but everyone on the island loves him. So I don’t think it’s caused he was like exiled or anything. They mentioned a training but for WHAT. I’m all over the place with this. Is he supposed to be the next chief or something?

He mentioned in one of the previous chapters there was a reason he gave the children to Rurahel, even though he didn’t completely want to because he knew she was sus. There was some sort of contract he made with her previously I guess, and not only that but he mentioned something about people being after them. It was definitely wrong of him to leave the twins with her and NEVER check on them, so I’m not completely on his side. But I think there’s more to him giving the twins up to her than just straight up abandonment. So I’m trying not to make any decisions about his character without hearing what that contract was about.

There are so many questions I want answers to. Was the current crown prince’s mother killed by her brother to place her son on the throne? Where is their father? They haven’t mentioned him at all so is he dead or still ruling the kingdom? Also, where is Rayburn’s mother and has she tried doing anything about this situation? I also want to know if Rayburn and the crown prince ever had a good relationship as brothers, it would be nice to see them act as a family, especially since it looks like the crown prince is being used as a puppet and not the mastermind.
