I am not certain which one it could be but the flower looks like an Aster and Viola. A Aster represents love, wisdom, and faith. A Viola's meaning is modesty, humility, and faithfulness. Though I am not certain if it is a Aster or Viola.

Well, the manhwa is different because the beta did not cheat in the novel, but he did in the manhwa. So, no one can predict the ending of the manhwa as it's now up to the author. As of now, the beta has a new boyfriend that he's happy with.
