Yes they end up together! It’s a happy ending I would 10/10 recommend reading it! A lot of the drama in the manga revolves around the characters pasts and overcoming their mental struggles and depression, so I don’t know if that might trigger something for you tho
They do end up together in the end and it is a happy ending but it's a very bumpy ride until that point. I definitely think it's worth reading but there are some triggering moments so be careful (づ￣ ³￣)づ

I only read the first story and I'm just wondering why do bl manga authors always make multiple stories in one series? I can understand if it's all one shot but I've seen some mangas with full stories and then they'll add one chapter about a different story unrelated to the whole series and for what? I just don't understand
Actually, mangaka's usually compile the main story and a series of oneshots into the book to make the book larger. The oneshots usually have their own books.
