I know ppl think a plot is done for when it goes to harem route, but in stories like this, who do u even support i wonder...
Everyone has chemistry with her, and i mean EVERYONE... Even that granny even tho its family love. If i were her, i would make a big ass house with secret chambers connecting to the royal palace, the church HQ, lwellyn's manor, hide and ceek and then spend time with everyone.,., also on the sidenote, i need to get El pregnant.
Is the chemistry in the room with us? They all have a certain degree of affection and history with her, but she’s mentally friendzoning them to the degree that she seems comically clueless right now. She does not feel anything romantic with any of them. They (especially the prince) continuously try to sidestep her lack of interest and jockey for position and she’s just written as too clueless to notice, which doesn’t match her characterization at all. They overstep boundaries, interfere with her relationships, and rudely insert themselves into her life and she just becomes too dumb to catch on or too much of a doormat to respond at all. It just feels like she’s being dumbed down so these stale dynamics can persist, because if she acted like her normal self, or just a normal person, she would not be putting up with all that stuff without setting boundaries, getting irritated, or rejecting them
I feel like "normal" person in webtoon sense would be quite subjective. And she is not interested in any of them, hence the chemistry for a harem route. If she was interested in one or the other, then the chemistry would be with that one person. And again, idk abt "normal" In ur sense because, to the point im reading, i can understand mc's ideology in alot of her decisions. I think her being "dumb" Mostly boil down to her not being loved by anyone in the actual story so that she doesn't think she is loved by anyone other than her family. Or that she doesn't wanna "see" The interest they have in her becoz she doesn't have special interest in anyone. And this happens alot irl too btw. U don't see what u don't wanna or need to see. U have to take account to the fact that she also doesn't feel that adversely to the idea of her dating one of them. My point is, its not that she doesn't love any of them. She loves them all to a certain point that she doesn't mind them acting in such a way that would be irritating to "normal people". Granted, im not sure if they r romantic or just platonic but theres no reason they can't do a platonic harem either. They just have to agree.

He kind of is… in the novel he is the most powerfull but got blindsided pretty easly, cause he has no one who tells him full truth, everybody lies to him, and that backs him into a corner and he almost meets a tragic end. But he loves Soun dearly, even tho he never tells him that, he doesn’t know what love looks like, he didn’t get any from his familly - his Actions and sacrifice show a lot of that love. The motivation for the wedding is also that if Cheon Ho dies, Soun will have a home in the demonic sect and his brother will protect him, this is what he hopes will happen, bcause he learned a lot about what Soun life was like. He knows he will be killed if Soun takes a step outside the demon sect, and even inside of it whitout security and position which guarantes a wife status.
Ugh he is so sweet for that ML is better than I thought, I already had a pretty good impression of him and this solidified it
Yes, he doesn’ t speek sweet words, his nasty habit of speech in bed never changes (he is full of kinks this guy…) but he gives Soun what he needs - a home, protection and familly

I thought it was obvious that Hes is getting way too obsessed from Kaelus's pov? I mean sure, i would be this obsessed with diana too if i were in her place but the problem is that Kaelus don't know how much Hes loved him. He doesn't know it was so bad for himself that he decided to kill himself in the cabin. All he see is that his wife's hatred for his past love is getting so bad, that she would shot her on sight if possible.Ofc he would stop her, he has let go of the past already.
But i don't actually mind ml like this much. Coz i feel like i would be losing my shit too? If there was a day in my life where me and everyone i love died and even if it's just a dream or hallucinations, i would still be anxious as fck. It's not that i don't trust my significant other, it's just that i won't be able to trust that fate won't say "sike" and fck everything up. So yehhh i feel like ml is being reasonable.

People in the comments be acting like they're so perfect and morally and emotionally virtuous, when many of them will probably crack harder for less than what the ML has experienced.
Yehh... While i understand where they r coming from, i feel like ml would lose his character depth if he just relaxed and everything is happy-go-lucky becoz final "villain" is dead. The main villain in this book isn't any of the characters. It's the fate that kept pulling them apart. And ml knows this. If i have to say, Hui min, is the less realistic one here. Only becoz of his mental condition, that he can act this carefree.
