I think Kang Moo is just confused in head on what he wants to be and do or I mean as a psychopath he thinks he only has one unstoppable desire which is killing and death but I think he found a new desire that he thought it wasn’t much of a deal which was Lee Kirin, but I think now he has a big war going on inside that head of his because Lee Kirin didn’t turned out to be just a toy he could have his way and then toss aside... now he is pushing Lee Kirin away because he is uncomfortable with the fact that he cares for Lee Kirin more then he thought he would. Also I believe Kang Moo is feeling mixed stuff and can’t really see through Lee Kirin and that is why he feels like getting away from him but also can’t.
