I like how both the characters are different looking in a way. The pink haired Mc has choppy short hair that is borderline messy (but it's hella cute) and the ML has a shorter nose and different expressions than what I'm used to plus his features are different than the ML's that are typically splayed. Talking about expressions, I LOVE that they're not expressionless! Usually it's one character or the other whose full of expressions, not usually both.

I think a lot of people forget, when we're talking about historically accurate genres where the gender roles are ESPECIALLY accurate, no matter how much a woman struggles nobody will hear her. This is due to the fact men have so much power, and because of that women are often treated as pawn pieces. We've been spoiled with most fantasy """historical""" comics, where women are able to do all of this shit and get away with standing up to those who oppress them... But when that happened in real life, often times it'd lead to their death without anyone really fully questioning whatever happened to them.

The FL IS strong. How many of us can say we would be able to go through what she goes through without killing ourselves? Women were traded here and there to grotesque old men, even if they were underage, because of money or influence. She thought he was her savior, but in reality he was the one who probably caused everything. She is holding out for a possible chance of escaping, but she knows due to her blonde hair being rare and the fact that the old creep would send people after her, she'd never get away. What other opportunity does she have except this random man who came saying he's the son of said creep??? She's doing EVERYTHING she can to survive. She probably thinks that the old guy won't live for too much longer, he must be somewhere around 50-60 years old. In this time period you rarely hear people live to 80.

I am tired of men being saviors as well, trust me. Men are gross tbh but the fact is he's her best chance of changing her fate. I just hope he doesn't fuck her over like everyone else has

I get it, in theory if you read the wholesome omegaverses (which there's only about a hand full) it's something anyone would want. You can totally see the top vibes from Ewan, sometimes he looks more dom than anything and it's cute he chose to bottom for Wu Shi. Idk man I kinda wanna see Wu Shi bottom too, and them possibly switching every so often but Ewan seems to have opened up a whole new world for himself with Wu Shi's dick LMAO

That SA trope was horrible...... It was out of left lane but at the same time, it wasn't. With Ewan's background of messing around looking for cheap love, it makes sense... but for his friends not to listen to him when he said he was serious about someone to the point it made him cry is fucking insane. I'm glad they haven't appeared back up yet, but I'm worried that one guy who was pissed about it will do something.

I love Taiwanese comics though, they have the smut and stories we've been craving from Chinese comics. You KNOW that the reason why Chinese comics are the way they are is because of the laws in place, which is sad and constricting.

Wtf... If anyone else out there is struggling you'll know how horrible and desperate a feeling it is asking people for help. Being at your last straw, not knowing when your next meal will be, having to deal with horrible customers or horrible co-workers and having no one to fall back on... The top could've gone about it completely differently, he could've been sweet to him he could've begged him back but instead he was so pissed that the MC left him so he decided to abuse him. He pushed a pers at their lowest even lower... It really tells you a lot about that character's personality.

For everyone out there, you deserve more. You don't deserve abuse and harassment from those who not only don't understand you but don't try to understand. You are worth more than the treatment you get, and deserve peace and love.
