I hope the junior gives the older guy the push he needs!!! I can understand why he's been single for so long, it's hard to want to take that next step... But also, he's probably gay but because of how his parents are he never really wanted to pursue anything. He so desperately wants to be in a relationship, yet because he keeps thinking "being with a woman would be easier for them..." he is not only hurting the other person but himself as well. He's going to end up being alone forever if he doesn't get courage.
Just remember everyone, even adults can be groomed... That being said, he's still a kid whose wet behind his ears. This grown assed man said "he has child-like innocence" and it started making him second guess......... But..... He's still so into his face he just can't wait to pin him down. Anyways, the top is creepy and he's only somewhat good looking. LMAO Am I still gonna read this??? Yeah...... Because I want to see what the top is gonna be like once he falls.
Ngl I think they're kinda perfect for each other. If Kotaro has butterflies for Azuma, he's bi too. I have a feeling that Azuma has been targeting Kotaro for a while, and if not targeting he's been watching him from afar. If he noticed the coffee, the colors Kotaro tends to go for, so on and so forth then he's definitely into him. Whether it's obsessive, stalkerish, or plain "oh man there's the dude I currently have a thing for"??? We'll know in a few chapters. But ngl, I think he's perfect for Kotaro.
Kotaro is way too anxious and self conscious, and Azuma is getting the right response out of him. He's being aggressive with the way he's handling Kotaro, sure, but it's not forceful and he tends to say the right things that need to be said for Kotaro when he starts feeling insecure.
I honestly hope Azuma is super serious about Kotaro, that's my only thing. If he just thinks he's interesting, I'd be upset because Kotaro is so serious that even though this is a "trial" thing until he gets "used to romantic" stuff he'd fall for Azuma.
I hope this is both the obsessive sorta toxic story yet also fluffy at the same time. There's a fine line between the two, but it can be acheived.
This feels like shoujo without it being shoujo, you know? I don't hate this, don't get me wrong, but it feels weird. I think because of Zen's overly positive and overly innocent personality??? It makes me think of those heroines that everyone complains about being too childish and waiting for their prince charming to save them. But at the same time I love the ML and the story building. I guess the MC's personality being the way it is makes this more of a lighthearted read, but I wanted something a bit more... Pizzaz. Like just a inch more of oomph.
I'm a bit disappointed, it feels like the author lost the main point and the true personalities of the main characters. It feels like everyone has either gotten softer, wimpier, or a bit insane and in a bad way. Usually when people change, their whole personalities don't suddenly disappear. Like if she was less anxious maybe she wouldn't be on edge all the time or some shit like that. Like GOLLY
Bruh ofc the bottom would be on edge and jealous/upset if the top was getting drinks with girls, even if it was a group thing. If they hadn't met in forever, then some random chick who is all bubbly comes up being like "akihitooooo omggggg I had so much fun 2 days agooooo we gotta hang again soon!" i'd be livid. Like, yes having time to hang with friends is a great thing but his priorities are skewed. Their relationship isn't solid enough to warrant unconditional love, especially since it's built off of sex.
THEN TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE when he's not paying attention as much, or in as good of a mood??? I'd also not be honest when he's pissy like that. UGH Honestly I haven't liked the top, he's your typical fuck boy who, once things start getting a little too serious or things don't go the way he wants, he starts getting pissed and even threatens to break up. That's what's going to happen. Instead of being like "hey what's going on? Did something happen, I can lend an ear. We haven't been able to really talk in a while" sorta thing he'll just be like "If I make you so unhappy then we should just break up"
I just FEEL the author is going to do the "Maybe I should've been honest with my feelings... I'm the one in the wrong :/" with the bottom, and make the bottom apologize. LMAO It's been a fucking trend with these authors recently.
That old hag is the reason why most people with mental health issues don't feel like they can reach out to get the help they need and deserve. The ML obviously mentally needed this to. Not only is he falling for our MC but he definitely went through something in the past. It seems like he judged someone close to him (idk if it's his actual brother) and either something happened or they lost contact and he regrets everything. I think they'd be good for each other, especially if they BOTH open up to one another.
Besides this story being fantastic and the characters being not only likable but full of life, the art is absolutely stunning. This has to be one of my favorite styles.

This is already so good, I feel sooooo bad for Lavielle, I really hope she has a happy ending. I just want her to be happy idc what happens to anyone else, she has had misfortune after misfortune. I'm glad that the ML seems caring about the situation she's in, but at the same time oof he seems like a nutbag. Something about his eyes and the way he acts is off. LOL I read way too many psychological romance comics to know
