Oh. This is special. What would you do if the world was ending is the premise of the story. Featuring beautiful art and a challenging ML. A fascinating look into how people react in troubling times. The ML is philandering bastard. So well done and interesting. 9/10

I love love love this story though. It’s funny, so moving and does a great job of exploring how humans would react when the world was ending. I think those parts along with the exploration our very human fears that constantly make life a struggle with yourself and the inability to move on to. That sort of human pain that we all experience and how it would play in this situation, so well done.

Ritsu is a damn hoe and everything he says is out a of a cheaters handbook. He is a very real and fascinating character. I really wish I could trust him and it grinds my gears that removing temptation was the route he went with, living alone in the mountains?? Sure one year penance is great and all but fundamentally as a person, he really has to examine why he cheated, the disregard of someone who loved him dearly is so painful to read. He is extremely fine though.

The MC is interesting too. he was a human with faults. When he thought he was special I just went, oh honey… I think most of us could relate to him. I wanted to shake him so many times. He’s been hung up on this guy for years. Heartbreaking.

The 16yo. He’s funny af and so accurately a teenager. Annoying, sweet, so naive, selfish and horny. The whole him having supernatural powers arc was hilarious.

And finally Hashimoto (MCs BFF) is the goat. Him being there for the MC was so sweet and touching. The text he sent to Ritsu just going “no” love it. But really, I would keep the MC miles away from ML if I was their friend.

I love this!! It’s perfect in ways I’ve always wanted. Very understated, the story telling is so well done and all the characters have a ton of actual character. I love the MC, I totally understand why he would throw the watch in the water. It makes sense with his character. My interpretation is that he’s frustrated, lonely and this simmering attraction that he can’t name makes him even more irritable.

The act of giving him the watch so casually makes him angry because he can’t define the boundaries of their relationship. He can’t read too much into it and he also can’t tell if it means something or not. His frustration bleeds into his actions. He can’t seem to stop replying, stop meeting him and can’t cut him out of his life.

I want to love this so much, the art and setting is gorgeous and I trust the author but I just cannot stand the scientist character. This sort of slave to science, anything to get results type of characters just grind my gears. It’s inhumane to conduct research like he was and fucked up to bring back the MC. Fucked up to think he could play god and executioner.

Of all the morally dubious acts in BL and This isn’t even the most outlandish premise, is where I draw my line.

In hell over this. Too painful to finish but this is absolutely amazing. Keeping it 2/3rds read. Poor Richard, every single character is extremely extremely well done. Catesby is my favorite, doomed to be the 3rd lead. From reading the spoilers here, I truly hope for some measure of happiness for him and hopefully Richard at the end there. I am devastated by how fucked up I know this is going to get. It’s rare for a manga to drive time to actual anxiety like this.

I love love the design of the glasses character! He’s probably one of the most beautifully true to irl people drawings in BL. I love him. Excited for this and so impatient.

I actually love this and I’m only a bit ashamed. The plot is either in spades or in crumbs but I appreciate the attempt. I love the MC, he’s so funny, always himself and clearly capable. I cannot wait for s2!

Near perfection. Cultivation manwha, enemies to lover, a rich plot, a real emotionally well done paternal arc. Really can’t ask for better. 9.5/10

I cried. Practically perfect! The arc with the father was so so so well done, especially in the last 10 chapters. The pain of a broken men who couldn’t be a good father and a son who was desperate for love, amazingly done. Urgh. Love this!

MC is soooo freaking cute. Diagnosing him with terminal cuteness, Urgh, the ML is a psycho but he’s fine af. I really really enjoy this story and I will be so so sad if the ML doesn’t at least get a redemption arc so I don’t have to feel so bad about loving this as much as I do.

My fucking face seeing the uke for the first time… he is drawn concerningly young. I like the ML design but this is a hard no way.

Huh? This is really good, it just kept improving and I really love Nuka. He’s smart, competent and really brave. Really looking forward to an update.

I am whelmed. It’s so medium good, it’s the perfect baseline for BLs. It never rises above my expectations but never truly disappoints me either. The plot is medium, the MC is almost boring and the ML is exactly as advertised. The antagonist is okay , the side couple concerned me with how pushy the brown haired guy was. Nothing to get angry or sad about nothing to elicit strong emotions but I did enjoy it well enough.

Don’t even care about the non-sensical plot point. It’s so cute! Love it.

New cover is gorgeous!! I know the 3rd season gets flack and I agree that it was a bit meandering and the daughter character isn’t the most compelling but I have so so much goodwill for this series, the first season is basically perfect in every way. The second one was great too. I love the two MCs. The art is elite. I really really believe it’s one of the best BLs ever.

This is amazing. Truly so. Heartbreaking, well told and beautifully drawn. About rival dancers. It’s stunning. Can’t describe how this felt like waking into a new world one page at a time. 9.5/10. Cut the .5 only because the portrayal of some cultures is questionable and the angst is struggle at times.
