Literally screamed nooo! When I clicked the last chapter. Soooo excited for the next arc and this is how you write a strong uke/MC. He is so funny. I love the new body too, whereas in Regas, I was so sad to lose the buff MC. In this, he’s basically changed hair color only haha.

I seriously can’t stand second couples. My brain doesn’t like it when a second couple enters the scene because I find it sooo distracting. Saying that, the second couple is sooo cute here. I really wish I was able to turn off that part that gets so frustrated by the parallel story lines. I’ll finish this someday though, it’s too cute not too.

Love this and actually read the authors afterword for the first time in years, I love that they made the choice to keep it shounen ai. I so agree that seeing satan hold back is a true sign of his love and devotion to Johan/Elijah. I love all the dialogue they use, having grown up in church, it feels very accurate. Especially all the stuff about devotion, how Elijah loved him in all forms. In a way, Elijah was perhaps the most divine creature in this story.

Wow. This is 90 times better than I thought it was going to be. So excited for see where this goes and I will be devastated if the author drags it on for too long. The art has also improved in the second season which is such a rare thing to happen, usually it gets way worse.

Love this already. It’s moody, funny, interesting, well written and with complex MCs. The art is unique and gorgeous.

The pain I felt reading this. I dropped it ages ago and my heart cannot handle the triangle. I only care about TJ and the gorgeous art. And will not read this unless he is end game.

Wow, I read fairly far into the novel and I just want to say….. this is exactly like every other story with this trope and no amount of pretty art or dialogue is gonna make me like the ML. Like every single square can be ticked off for a red flag psycho top and a bleeding heart uke, it’s BINGO people… Loads of spoilers ahead.

The MC is infuriating and so painful to read. He cannot leave and his fucking bleeding heart refuses to let this trash man go. His internal dialogue with himself trying to make himself hate the ML, having hope that he reciprocates is like pulling out fingernails. Just so painful to read. The manwha does a service of not showing his internal dialogue.

The ML, Jesus. The embodiment of the cold psycho possessive ML who can’t even figure out how to love someone and crushed the MC’s will to live. There are several moments with violent SA. Particularly one in chapter 7 that made me rage. Straight up rape. And there’s no sugar coating it,

I love this so much. I’ve read a million BLs with this dynamic that don’t manage to capture half the nuance, energy and wanting this portrays. I usually hate stories with MLs like this but I find their song and dance so extremely compelling.

My heart was in throat, the tension forced its way up to live in my heart and restricted my breathing. The art is spectacular and the dialogue/translation so so well done. Genuinely mad that this is so underrated, I want it to be incredibly popular so this will be a fully told story. I’m scared of sudden and rushed endings. It has put the fear of god in me.

I’m astonished by this story. It’s so underrated. The characters are incredibly complex. This is how you right an emotionally repressed extremely privileged character. I’ve read so many chaebol story and they never truly explore what that sort of privilege does to a person. All the rich people are truly insufferable here.

The relationship has developed so fucking perfectly. Hayden is the perfect MC, he’s smart, kind and really challenges Brett. I love that he found something in himself through Brett. I would lose my mind if Hayden never had to do any growing.

Him in tears at the end talking about he felt like such a fool, how he cried for what Brett went through. That tore me up. Brett clearly hasn’t processed his SA, he doesn’t want to be affected by it but for someone to acknowledge it as the horror it is, you see him having to contend with it for a second.

Urgh, this is so good. Going to be thinking about this for a long time.

Finally broke and read this. Crying screaming and throwing the fuck up. They are so into each other it’s insane. There’s more chemistry in a singular panel than there is in some 50 chapter BL works. Can’t believe I have to marinate this again. See y’all in December.

I am so fucking obsessed with this. It has the trifecta of great art, great characters and well written story. I feel so spoiled and anxious because it feels like it’s too good to be true. Similar to Shutline where I couldn’t believe I was just being served a whole feast after years of unsatisfying dinners.

So excited for the time skip, I love all the decisions the author took. And can’t wait to see a tall mature MC.

I haven’t read this since pantless saga but wow, I don’t even know why I expected better. Morbid fascination has just turned into morbid.

The art is magnificent and the tension makes me want to cry. I can tell the uke is a big ol freak and that’s not my vibe but I’m staying because I love this author and artist. The whole taken advantage off grinds my gears and I hate the trope. I’m hoping there’s something here that makes it worth keeping up with or else’s I will be devastated.
