Im actually curious what part of this series you don't like? aria
like the plot, the coffee descriptions are shallow and not well built on. I feel like there's a lot of wasted potential in this manhwa, and I honestly can't stand it anymore.
well, no, specifically the two ex-mercs he picked up...I still can't wrap my head around how he brought them in. like, two men trained to kill giving in to pleasure? I can't really get it
does anyone else agree with me that the pattern of Jiwoo getting into an impossible situation only to be rescued by his two dads is kinda getting repetitive at this point?
It does for some time now. But this author always use this formula. Same with Noblesse. They get in trouble, Rai comes in looking hot n awesome. And I still love it. That just goes how great the storytelling is even with repeated scenarios.
So? Usually, the most powerful character never gets the opportunity to fight, but with this author they do and we learn something new about them (and even then they continue to be mysterious)!
I liked how the author expanded beyond pour-over and espresso to cultural coffee as well! Although that latte art was a bit of a blob, and "car*mel m*cchi*to" came up, which I'm a bit bummed about.
I feel like the emotional aspect of the story is slightly lacking. The conflict between the duke and his brother could've been more in-depth and not just "you're not useless" "tysm omg". Just my opinion.
this series hurts me. I'm dropping it, I'm sorry guys.
