Something I’m confused about in ABO, are all omegas just always weaker than the rest? Like when they become omegas (or show up at omegas) do they immediately become weak? Bc Luo Cheng used to be one of the stronger kids in school (before he’s second gender was presented) but now that he’s an omega he hasn’t tried using that strength he used to have
Typically in society’s view, they are deemed weaker because of the heat period. It’s not based on physical strength. You can be a buff guy and be an omega and be called weak simply for the heat period. Oh yeah and the alpha pheromones can make an omega freeze up/collapse. Luo Cheng could still have that strength if he still maintained it over the years.(づ￣ ³￣)づ hope that clears things.
they aren’t “weaker” per day, but society sees them as the bottom group. if anything they should be the highest in the pyramid because they are the ones that produce the children. but no, they aren’t weak, they are actually quite strong. they can produce strong pheromones (if they wanted to or not) also they can make any alpha fall in love with them (if they wanted to or not) and overall very pretty. alphas can produce pheromones that can stop all omegas in the area in one sitting, but so can omegas. i think he stop martial arts because of society constantly lowering his self esteem because “he’s an omega”. that made him believe he was the inferior species, but he is not. they are called weak for their heat cycles, but alphas can get a type of “heat” too, their “rut” but it’s very rare that it happens so no ones critics them.

Something that’s pissed me off is on TikTok I saw videos blamed Touya/Dabi for how he turned out instead of Endeavor. They used the excuse “endeavor warned him but touya still pushed himself, it’s his fault” some even went onto say that Rei and Shoto is allowed to blamed Enji for their abuse but Dabi isn’t allowed to. That’s the biggest bs I’ve heard. Touya was literally groomed by Enji, as a young child he realized that his only purpose of being born wasn’t so his parents could build a family of love but a family of power, worthy enough to surpass All Might. He knew that the only way and reason for his dad, someone he looked up to, to look at him and give him affection is for him to become stronger even if it meant giving up his body. That’s such a fucked up mentally especially for a child under the age of 10 to have (honestly for anyone to have). Touya constantly burned himself to improve his strength so his dad, someone who shouldve been showing him affection regardless of his strength, would love him. And when Shoto was born he was literally what Enji wished for, his ideal child possessing the ideal quirk. After years of slaving away to get recognition from his own dad it was all for nothing the day Shoto was born and Touya realized that. I don’t think Touya tried attacking Shoto, his brother, but the child that took everything that he worked so hard for away from him. Even now, I doubt Dabi hates Shoto as a person but hates him bc he’s the one that could provide endeavor something he couldn’t despite working so hard. Touya was groomed by endeavor and left alone to dust when endeavor realized there was no hope for him. Also ppl were mentioning how Enji told him to stop hurting himself, that is the BARE fucking minimum, anyone could’ve told Touya to stop that action wasn’t a level of affection where a parent was needed. And notice how endeavor didn’t once try spending time with Touya aside from training, he even just pushed touya aside to Fuyumi and Natsuo. If he showed that he’s spend time with Touya and love him outside of training like a regular father should I doubt touya would’ve went as far as to becoming who he is today.
I honestly thought Taker was hiding more shit like he tried killing Sooho when he was younger but his mom stopped him and that’s why they beefing but now it seems like Taker saved Sooho by replacing his name with his mom’s name (probably bc his mom wanted to) in his blacklist and that’s why he got punished. But now I’m wondering, did Taker know who Sooho was from the beginning or did he come to figure it out later on?
