I got a lot of shit to say,, first off I think Suho is better as a friend, honestly their dynamic is hilarious when they’re just conversing casually rather than trying so hard to be “romantic.” Second... idk if the author is doing this on purpose and later we’re gonna get a life changing character development but Jugyeong is so fucking annoying. First off the blind dates, home girl was crying and sobbing over Seojun but is now going on blind dates but okay you wanna get over him and distract yourself okay I understand that. But then she only goes for the guys who are attractive and get mad when they aren’t attractive irl and even go on to call them cat fishes when in reality she’s the biggest catfish in the entire series. How the fuck you gonna use an insecurity you’re so familiar with and judge others for it? Also the way she didn’t even try to compromise and figure a way to continue her relationship with Seojun was such bullshit. He was willing to try anything for her but when it came to her having to exercise more caution or more patience she threw their whole relationship away. She’s actually so annoying that I’m pretty sure imma drop this until her character development shows up

Chowon wasn’t even that mean when he told that man, if he told him multiple times not to touch his shit he shouldn’t have, and in that situation a lot of ppl would’ve gotten pissed and yelled but Chowon simply told him off, it’s his aura that was threatening which it’s not like he can control that shit unless he talks to mfs like “don’t touch my shit” but him just decided Kyungsoo’s job for him and telling him what to do is kinda meh but I guess it’s bc he wants to spend more time w him and doesn’t know how to communicate that without feeling “weak” for needing more attention

The fact that Wolfgang never saw himself as superior to Shin and the fact that he became King in the first place was to free Shin from the previous King and to be someone worthy to love Shin but now he had to use authority to make Shin bend his knee is sad especially watching Wolfgang’s expression. And when Wolfgang was telling Sys how if he knew that Shin truly detests him and that’s the reason he’s always getting rejected then he would’ve given up already but it’s because he knows that’s not the case he can’t give up on him (he already mentioned how he knows Shin loves him the same way but Shin is anxious over the throne and doesn’t see himself as an equal worthy of wolfgang’s love). Also I understand where Shin is coming from, after all he wants to keep the person he loves safe and make sure Wolfgang’s status and authority is never questioned but at this point his obsession with the throne seems to be more prominent than his want to keep Wolfgang himself safe. Ik keeping the throne safe means Wolfgang is also safe but he’s too stubborn and pessimistic for his own good. He doesn’t see himself as an equal whether it be for love or for the throne but when it comes to ordering Wolfgang around for what he believes is the right option is so ironic bc it seems like if anyone doubts Wolfgang’s position and ability as King it’s most likely Shin bc he’s so worried about Wolfgang’s actions he doesn’t trust him to make the right ones fit for the throne

I feel like Taehwan had a crush on Yeonwoo back in high school but due to racism (like Taehee said and the stereotype that Asian men are more feminine and are “gay” looking) made him develop an internalized homophobia and hatred of himself and maybe when he saw Taehee and Dojin he casted his jealously onto them, like jealous on how they’re able to express themselves without hating themselves. And this might be a stretch but maybe Taehwan has a BDSM relationship with Yeonwoo bc it’s less “intimate” and more sexual so he can cast it off as an excuse like “oh the sex feels good but the emotion isn’t there” so he won’t feel bad for being gay and having romantic feelings since he can just blame his dick

How young and small Mako looked threw me off a bit but then I remembered they’re the same age and compared to Luca’s bigger frame it’s normal to look more smaller. But overall the story was cute also is it just me or did Luca’s hair become more straighter near the end?
