At first I really disliked Joowon bc he seemed so toxic and manipulative but I feel like that was just their relationship and it takes two to tango so I now do hold some fault to Haesoo. I still hope they all go separate ways as they’re all too broken and need some self love and independence. Taku really deserves better than someone who’s strung up on the past and is constantly thinking about his ex, their relationship seems unnatural and uncomfortable it’s like they’re both holding their breathes when they’re around each other because they’re scared that if one of them lets go of their breath their entire relationship is going to fall apart. I don’t think I need to explain how manipulative and toxic both Haesoo and Joowon were in their relationship but seeing as how Joowon really did love Haesoo and was just scared to be vulnerable after showing his emotions I really hope Joowon gets a happy ending, aside from being able to express his feelings more openly I think Joowon is going to be able to find new love and be happy once he meets the one. Haesoo on the other hand, he seems so broken in every aspect, no matter how many people he dates or how many of them are sincere and ready to give their hearts on a platter he thinks lowly of himself and always thinks the most love he deserves is a broken love he and Joowon had, although he realized Joowon’s feelings were real he also realized no matter how real they were they were still too toxic for him. At this point I hope they all get a happy ending in their own way.

Haejoo honestly deserves everything in the world, imagine the guilt he went through blaming himself for Heejae’s amnesia and his intelligence dropping when in reality it’s all his brother’s fault, I really was hoping by some miracle Heejae would remember and realize it’s his brothers fault and visit his ass in jail and be like “let’s see how you like being trapped” but that’s just my personal pettiness. Talking about being petty I know Taekyung didn’t know but it was so fucking frustrating and annoying to see him act all high and mighty for thinking he got someone on Heejae, like especially when he was talking about how Heejae needs him and putting him in a hospital but I guess he made up for it. I also received a lot of second hand embarrassment due to Heejae but that won’t be talked about. I also loved the second “couple” although it’s not official their dynamic was super cute and THANK GOD JUNJOO SOLVED ALL THE MISUNDERSTANDINGS!!

Nakyum literally gave up and doesn’t even fight back anymore bc Seungho is the only person that will give him a roof over his head and food. I think Seungho also knows Nakyum gave up from the moment he started being more open about having sex with him and now how Nakyum apologized and ate right away without talking back. He knows Nakyum gave up on his freedom and his will to live outside of his mansion after being betrayed by the one person he ever looked up to. Idk if Seungho feels sympathy for him and is sticking with him / letting him stay because he feels for him or he really doesn’t give a shit about his situation and is happy he gets ass every night. I hope it’s the former.
At first I was still kinda suspicious of Kyuho liking him but now that he let him go it really proves Kyuho loves the MC... his older sister was in love with his secretary but was forced into a loveless marriage for the sake of their family which she thought was pointless but Kyuho thought she did the right thing into marrying into a loveless marriage bc people of their status and public figure to drag someone you truly love into their hectic world would’ve been torture. At first he was just having fun with the MC and hired him to launder money but once he realized he loved him and the MC loved him back he realized he couldn’t make him suffer by being by his side and decided to let him go and “escape” his ugly world. I feel like once his sister hears about this she’ll realize that her younger brother really loved him bc the only reason she never believed Kyuho’s relationship was bc he was the very person to tell her that a loveless marriage is all they could do. Although I understand he’s being considerate I hope they talk things out and they both understand where each other is coming from... :(
I say this every chapter but I really cannot trust Riley, I’m calling it he’s the one who cheated and that’s why Owen beat his new bf’s ass. Riley switches up so easily with all his ex and I bet Owen really liked him bc he might’ve been the first guy he dated. Idk but Owen doesn’t give me a bad vibe aside from his anger issues which probably just come from pent up anger from living with his dad or having someone like his dad in his life.
