Love this so much but I hate how every female character is drawn. All the world leaders at the meeting are old men but the one woman(police leader or something) looks 20 years old. Why couldn’t they make her an older badass looking woman or something? She’s so out of place. I’m not someone who thinks all characters must not be sexy but every single one is.. maybe add some variation. The fan service is so weird too like..☠ the amount of panels with shots of the women in tight outfits/sexy poses is a lil too much. They need to change their outfit so their pussy can breathe bro. save my ladies’ pus.
It isn’t too distracting but it is a bit annoying.
TLDR; don’t make every character (especially female) so sexualized. It distracts from the great art and story.

I noticed that too last chapter. Like why were all the dudes in the meeting old/have wrinkles and/or fat, meanwhile all the women r young and skinny/hourglass figure. It’s a bit disappointing cuz I really love the art in this series and honestly I don’t see why even the background female characters can’t be a little frumpy like the male background characters r.

Bro it’s starting to piss me off how dense he is. I like romances where feelings reciprocated.. but he has like no awareness for the amount of things Nakwon has done for him. If he doesn’t catch feelings soon I’m dropping this. We’re on chapter 72 ☠ dear god

I pretended like it didn’t happen because it seems nonsensical. I know some people disagree but it seems like it was just a hook to get readers interested because it hasn’t impacted the characters after the fact. I don’t think his denseness can be explained as a trauma response because the author doesn’t seem to care to dive deep into that, it was just something they threw in there for smut. :/ it’s a sad reality but it’s what many authors do. So I continue reading the story pretending that didn’t happen because it makes no sense and made no impact. His character is dense when it comes to romance, that’s his character trait. This isn’t tagged psychological as far as I can tell. I guess we just disagree. No need to dislike :(

Honestly, I blame yaoi writers for the level of desensitization because why in God’s green earth would it be normal to root for a character falling in love with their rapist ffs. I get that nakwon is trying to change but the man is still the same manipulative and coercive bastard he was in the beginning, there’s literally never been a consensual sex scene in this story and the only reason Nakwon never caught the ass whooping he deserved from Mokwa for all his previous actions was because of his power over him. I don’t see this as Mokwa being dense but literally the most realistic reaction to this kind of situation in bl ever written. I really can’t stand when authors gloss over abuse, rape and other questionable shit and skip right to the loving like it’s a normal part of mlm relationships, it’s not okay at all

I agree but I think Nakwon’s actions and Mokwa’s response were caused by questionable writing rather than the authors writing skills. Even if it seems like a realistic response I guarantee the author did not intend to and just happened to stumble into showing a realistic depiction of post-rape/abuse victims.(a possible reaction) If you were to take all of what’s written at face value(and think of it realistically) then yes Mokwa acting like this makes sense but I ignore it because it seems off to me.(Nakwon’s actions/the writing)
A lot of other people in the comments say “I start to like him and then I remember what he did to Mokwa..” it’s so weird that the author used all the rape scenes just to get audiences interested. I feel like what we’re going through now, Nakhon trying to get Mokwa to like him, is the actual story and how it should’ve gone after they met.
TLDR; I agree with you about everything. It’s a bit crazy how the author unintentionally showcased a realistic depiction of a victim’s possible reaction but I don’t believe it was intentional.(not saying you ever claimed it was intentional)

Okay, I’m not going to speculate on what the author’s intentions were when writing the story or whatever or not they were going for realistic rape survivor reactions or they used the rape as a plot device to attract readers which is very questionable and something we as yaoi reader community needs talk about at some point but that’s beside the point and a eeing how neither of us know the writer or what their thoughts process was we can only debate based on material available to us. I can’t say it was intentional or not but what I can say is y’all need to give Mokwa some grace and stop calling the man dense, let him fall in love at his own pace and let him learn to forgive and trust Nakwon and Nakwon is still an extremely questionable character and still has some development to undergo
Couldn’t we just get a short info dump or something? Not every character needs their extremely detailed backstory shown to us I miss our main characters being the focus, why do we barely see Xin. I thought we would be getting a story about our Xin and his guardian but it’s mostly guardian guy walking around listening to everyone’s backstories. I hope we get back to progressing the main plot soon
I lowkey take it back…
