So there was only one outsider from the start.... And its just him... Yoon Yuma... He keeps transfering bodies with the same mission to kill the demon king... But the more he transferred bodies, the blurrier the mission, regaining back his own will...

It was quite suspicious that a kid suddenly showed up there back then.... And he was really calm even with monsters around... And the panels were unusually focusing on him.... And i had to reread it too... And in Hyunwoo's backstory, he looked quite young so if you count his age backwards, he'd probably still be a toddler... Or he could just shapeshift... Well, psychopaths exist at different ages...
Potential speculation, I feel like this is just gearing up for the sword guide to kind of be a sacrificial lamb type of situation to save everybody else at some point because he wants to believe in the child or he ends up having to kill him, but also chooses to die. It just feels like it’s gearing up to something similar that happens in the main character gets to save him real fast or he just dies
