It's not exactly yaoi. But judging from the raws the author wants this to turn this shoujo into a sort of shounen ai. Apparently the author focused prevalently on giving Aizawa a character's development: turning a total playboy like Aizawa that only likes girls to have sex with them in someone that falls in love for the first time... but with a boy. ^^

my purpose in life is to read this manga :’) there’s just something about innocent, small and cute ukes and playboy semes that just makes me so happy :’)) and i LOVE it when semes rescue the uke... i’m so easy to please with manga lol, if it’s got good art then i’m hooked lol :)
