i’m actually so surprised. i usually don’t really enjoy romance in action because it usually either becomes a harem or the love interest is just a whining idiot with little to no character development, but this one is done so well omg
it’s so refreshing seeing a father that’s actually head over heels for his daughter
i’ll marry pierre in this life and then marry olax in the next (im not delusional.)

tbh while I want them to just start dating already I lowkey understand yuwon like he’s just scared (and a lot of people might call his actions stupid/selfish) but I think his selfishness is more just fear of giving in to love and possibly losing his career/getting hate that affects his group (examples irl being some kpop fans when they find out their favourite member in a group dating another person).
also let’s not forget that one of the members in the group is homophobic (it might be trauma based on a weird feeling I’m having rn) but if that member finds he’ll definitely make things awkward (might even call them disgusting which could put yuwon on edge since I assume he’s also scared of acceptance too) out the whole group will experience difficulties which could result in rumours/drama that affects the whole groups functionality. some people might say that he shouldn’t care about how other people perceive him but for some people (like me) it really matters and especially in his case, the way people perceive him will not only affect him but his whole group so I understand his worries (although it doesn’t explain everything)
in any case I wrote all of this mostly bc I wanted to put my thoughts into order but I really relate to yuwon in terms of being unable to face the results of my actions (in relationships too lmaoo) some of the things I’ve said might not make sense BUT I JUST FELT LIKE DEFENDING YUWON OKAY BYE-
ugh I love this story and the dad and daughter are super cute (and pretty) but I can’t forget that doctor with glasses in ch5 aaaaahhhh she’s so hot I want to see her again pleaseee

this story and the authors previous work (robber x lover) are literal comfort reads and i always look forward to new chapters ^_^
