The height difference is just a little too much for me... And the ages... I don't see why blonde guy can't be like 22-25 instead of big old 28
And the height difference really does not allow u to forget how bro is a pedo through and through. It seems so odd, I know blonde guy is only with him because he piques his interest, but you're seriously telling me he couldn't find any adult just as interesting?
I will admit the psychological part would be non existent to me if it wasn't a high schooler and adult, but it's always there in the back of my head: why can't blonde guy, with everything he has that appeals to this world, find someone his age?

all the main characters are insanely attractive and fit despite being in hs, they all know how to fight like theyve been training for 20 years, despite mc being in deep depression from her boss' death it looks like she just stepped out a fashion shoot... feels like the author never learned to be loved despite their external flaws, so she tried to "protect" all her characters from her fate, but ended up making such a stupid shallow manwha. typical fantasy of a citizen of the shallow south korean society. i cant wait till people there learn to stop pandering to this and instead criticize it. lookism was perfect, it tackled all the horrible double standards, societal issues, etc, but now its catering to what it once criticized since the author needs money ig. how ironic

Makes sense, I too am only reading for the romance no matter how shallow it can feel lol. I got off tracked when I brought up lookism, I understand that this isn't a criticism on society whatsoever like lookism was originally. It just disappoints me when I see such blatant, shitty plot points based on extremely illogical character traits shoved into my face, this isn't the only manwha that does it, but ig I just had to rant about it on some manwhas comment section. I hate how all these issues will never stop being pandered to, because at the end of the day, humans are still victims to unconsciously gravitating towards what we find attractive, because our monkey parted brains subconsciously tell us that good looks=good genetics=higher survival rate. There's really no fix to it unless we evolve in a way that is completely harmful to ourselves and survival of the fittest, but South Korea/east Asia in general takes these things to the extreme. At least in America I feel that I can be ugly and yet accepted by society in some other show of my usefulness, but these manwhas really give me the idea that you can only be accepted for your skills after youre accepted for your looks first.

Since he heard that iltak only sucked up to him cuz hed keep the bullies away... Now hyunwoo thinks the only revenge he can get is by making up for all the bullying he did infact keep away, and become the complete opposite of what iltak thought he'd do.
Not sure how he thinks this is going to work, I guess he completely gave up in winning iltak over so he resorted to revenge. Well, the author has to have them interact somehow. Silent treatment is just old and doesn't fit the shitty school environment they're in which shaped the even shittier personalities of everyone here

glad to see loid is suspicious of "supernatural" things now, like yor reading anyas mind. my man is alert for every small detail lmfao, dude can never catch a break. but through this we know that he isn't brushing off the possibility of mind reading, it hints at anyas power finally playing a bigger role in this story, and possibly daimens father?

How many days have passed since ijin enrolled in school? Between each modern day security/bodyguard mission, weeks have passed. Not to mention all the plane rides to the village, the states, etc. I absolutely love this story but he's never graduating at this rate lol.
On another note tho, god 002 is so damn hot,, I wish we got more of all the numbers backstories, they're so damn interesting. Seeing ijin get beat up in his flashbacks is also intriguing, I wonder how exactly he managed to surpass everyone besides 002 in such a short amount of time. And that mission with the scientist and his dead wife and son had me tearing up god the flashbacks are just so peak
I wonder how Stephen would've approached everything if he were there... Seeing how he was even smarter than Gray, I really wished he could be a part of all the calculations that were made. Then again, nothing would've happened if he were fine haha
