ik theres some comedic relief about their whole situation in the future but im just emotional of how tian kept his promise; he worked hard to make money so he could take care of mo and mo, despite stuffing all the stuff tian gave him in a sealed box after tian left, he still brought it with him to the apartment i cant
fun fact: mo is carrying the box filled with memories of tian, the one from chap 461
the entire story is just a whole complex and messy blob of emotional obsession for emi that fuels remilia's thirst for revenge. i probably haven't read a better revenge story than this; it perfectly depicts very dark and heavy themes that i think naturally sprouts from an ambition driven by hate and aggression. because of this hate remilia was willing to do the most grotesque things for emi, a far cry from other revenge stories with revenge MC's who never seem to have a bad bone in their body. like- you can't possibly torture people (regardless of how loud you scream "justice") and still remain a squeaky clean heroine. and at this era of literature, no one wants a mary sue. thats what makes remilia so unique, she's unapologetically vile because she was provoked. its the perfect personification of "my villian origin story"
altho because of this obsession with emi, i do wonder if remilia only accepted angel's proposal either because she really loved him or because he said he loved her while seeing her memories where emi was possessing her body. so basically she marries him because he "loves" emi?
im a student; getting married and having a baby is nowhere near my ambition list, simply because im self-aware enough to understand that i am not financially and emotionally ready to do so. so i cannot fathom how one can be so narrow-minded as to willingly get pregnant just to satisfy an in-law who should have no say on your relationship with your fiance? "i just want him to be happy with me" what about the baby?? and further more, what about YOU?? are you happy??
honestly couldnt even put the story down to the point that id constantly refresh if the page lagged, and as someone with a bit of ADHD thats saying something. but the story overall is very lacking. good plot, good art style, yet its missing something. you have an adorable baby wat more do you need right?? idk i think the author focused too much on getting the story over with (adding more depth to the mystery and the anget) that we werent able to enjoy any in-betweens. more mu scenes??? i was expecting so much building up to the ending then boom. nothing.
plus, i absolutely despise how noah had to constantly chase after kyle as if he was the last man on earth. not to mention him always being a drama queen, making her feel bad and confused instead of admitting long before that he liked her?? adrian had more personality in his pinky finger. noah had more spunk at the beginning too, then after getting her body back shes lost her backbone. total wasted potential of a story

* tia marries perez and becomes empress by TITLE, perez does most if not all of the imperial duties while tia focuses on her matriarchal duties
* on their wedding, perez announces that he'd be living at the lombardi estate with tia, to show his support for her being the matriarch
* tia gets pregnant before they even get married
also, isnt it absolutely satisfying how jovanes hates perez because he's the spitting image of his father the previous emperor, who never believed he was right for the throne? like, complex much lmao

also yiyi and xixi's heights intrigue me. its so weird cause the fan wiki and other fandom analysis says either theyre the same height or one is point-something taller. but in the photo xixi looks way taller; if u remove yiyi's hat he's around 5cm shorter. plus their proportions are interesting:
- xixi has longer legs
- yiyi has a higher waist(?)
- they have the same shoulder height and arm length

the girl selling flowers in chap 55 is the sister. i think she's sick or heavily malnourished. sister is brought to the house. they don't seem to be twins since the sister is taller but i could be wrong. meanwhile karen is with her boytoy; dude with purple hair, is an all around womanizer and possibly abusive. after feeding the girls, everyone rides a carriage going somewhere and on the way they see karen and her boytoy trying to get into the sorenberg estate but are halted by guards. yada yada elsa and the rest arrive to handle the situation. karen argues with boytoy and he tries to punch her but rolf stops him. the sisters appear and boytoy denies(?) that they're his, more or less, causing elsa to get flashbacks of when her father neglected her. karen goes into a frenzy and vines appear everywhere. the vines head towards hugh and wilbert so elsa runs to protect them
knowing what happens to him in the novel i hope his end is atleast merciful. he doesnt deserve any of this when from the start he was only manipulated by the people around him, penelope included
i dont believe he isnt atleast 30 he looks way too mature and gives off zaddy vibes
watch the author not have any idea how to continue the plot. and if they do, somehow i highly doubt its gonna bring dan justice
i recommend going to templetoons to read this story. everytime a new chapter notifies here i go there since the translation is better. the art looks clearer too
