While Feng replaced Yiyi's sperm to his, he decided to keep Yiyun's instead of throwing it and even put an egg (same as rourou so yes they are half siblings!) then preserved (if you wish to have it then the only thing to do is to put it on surrogate mother) so that Yiyun can have his own child, but the thing is it got stolen. Seriously it's really awesome how you can preserve sperms and egg for a long period of time.
