The seme wasn't the one who ordered the uke to go do the outside job. It was the higher up boss, who already left. I do agree that the seme isn't the nicest, but he wasn't the one who made the ule do all that tiring work just to come back after hours and report to him, rather ghe boss who already left. The uke will probably take his anger out on the seme, which is partly his fault yes, but also not entirely for this particular incident.
