Be the uploader reassured, I'm not gonna hate on the Uke; this story is just a terrible, bad writing. And apparently this Author is already known for that kind of plot.
Not only Hisaki made terrible lies that caused huge misanderstanding and put him in danger, he acts like rape wasn't a big issue (plus he was raped by the one he considers as family). From the surface these excuses of him look like they can stand on feet but they're just idiotic reasoning: you guys are no longer family from the time you first fucked, why do you need to make further, dumb lies? About Yuzuru, he's not better: he behaves sometimes like a sweet little bro (who's REALLY CLOSE to his "big bro"), then after acts like a dick, to wonder if he's not bipolar. Finally, they fucked before even speak out their respective issue because Uke was horny (so cliché), before the Seme apologize; this looks like a messy plot with disjointed dialogues. About the glasses dude who assaulted the Uke, I feel author just need an antagonist to give some substance to the scenario but I feel sorry for the dude, he just looks pitiful; the three guys who tagged along look more dangerous than him.

Aside the age gape between Seme and Uke that everyone dabate in the comment section, is it normal for everyone of a family to sleep together especially when one of the kid is already a high schooler or uni student? This looks creepy, honestly. Plus, the skinship excuse because they don't have dad anymore looks kinda weak as an excuse and by some aspects is just not normal.
After, it's understandable IF the family has to share the same bed because the family is poor and can't afford a bigger house and have just one room (and in some cultures everybody share a house, tent...), though things like skinship and particularly sleeping in the same bed as your kids when they're already grown kid (12 yo) must've stopped, if kids can have their own chamber. What do you think about that?
I dunno bout you but I sleep together with my big sister which is now a university student and a little sister which is now a high schooler in a same bed though it's kinda difficult to sleep given how they move around in their sleep

Japanise families usually sleep together when the house/appartment is small, actually it's very common because the rents there are very expensive, so even when you're a teenager if your house is small you ussually share a bed with the younger ones. Even in other countries is not weird that brothers share beds. I don't know if you have seen the series "Malcolm in the middle" If you check it out Malcom and his brother Dewey share a bed during the entire series until Malcolm goes to college because they couldn't afford another bed.
As for the skinship it's almost completely the Same for me and my Family, Like i Always give my mum and siblings goodbye pecks and hugs when i leave for Boarding school, or Just whenever i feel Like Showing them that i love them. As for the aspect with the dad, i did lose my father when i was 11 and i do think that this was what taught me to Treasure Ur Loved ones, i never Told my father that i Loved him so i think that's why i i actively Show my affection for my Family, so i think it IS a pretty valid reason. As for the Part with sleeping in the Same bed, i agree with you, it's Not a typical Thing but i don't See it AS something completely abnormal so yeah
How is that creepy? It's literally a single mom sleeping in the same room as her kids. It's not like they're all hopping on the same bed.. They have their own futons. And even if they did, the most it'll seem to be is inconvenient (since kids are sometimes fussy sleepers). Their skin ship isn't even that bad.
As for the other ML abusing said skinship as a means to further his advances, now that's creepy.
It's often seen in manga/manhua/manwa people in the same family sleeping all together in europe until th 19th century also a family sleeped together in one bed because their were not enough space and can't heat too many space during winter.
Ok, people I get you, and sorry if what I said look rude, maybe the choice of words were not good. I also acknowledged that in some cultures families do share one room/tent for everyone to sleep. I know that siblings of the same sex can share a room because of the financial situation of the family...
Now I still do feel it's creepy if a single mother shares a room or - worse - a bed with her grown son. And when I speak about skinship, I speak about limiting the skinship as your sons become adults - SONS. Kids need affection but they also need to become independant and adapt to society.
When I was a kid I remember a mother and her son sharing bed while the son is already 16. Since we lost sight with them after, we don't know till what age of the son they share that same bed, but the kid now is a grown adult of over 30, he never had a girlfriend, he also never expressed the wish to get married...
From what I understood in the last chapter (probably the one you'e refering to), where the translation of that specific phrase includes the word "family", the latter does not necessarily involve the presence of the mother, hence just the youger siblings. And sleeping in the same bedroom doesn't actually mean that the mother and the sons sleep on the same futon... how could they ever fit in that? So, I dont see the problem you're claiming to do.

From my comments you should've understood that I'm speaking here about a single mother sleeping in the same room or bed as her grown kid, I think it's terribly unhealthy. It's a different thing if it's cultural or for financial reasons (of course).
oks. But still, if you're commenting on this manga specifically, it means that you saw that issue in here. That being said, we can clearly tell that in this manga, either they're sleeping in the same room for financial problems (the MC said they don't have a bath tub spacious enough for him to stretch his legs) or in different rooms (as I said in the previous comment) because "family" does not necessarily imply the mother.

I don’t think it’s unhealthy. My parents are about to seperate, I’m 20 and I’ll still sleep in their bed on the odd occasion. Parents are people too and they need support as well. I don’t want them to feel like they’re alone in this battle. They had a hard time during the divorce and night is when you can feel the loneliest. When you’re surrounded by your family as you drift off to sleep of course you’re going to be happier. The thing that impacted me the worst and the reason I don’t want to get married is trauma and im basically asexual There are many reasons a person might not want to get married. It has nothing to do with my overly affectionate family. And we are exactly like the family in this manga. We’re all very touchy feely, even as an adult I still hug, touch and kiss my parents all the time. Also I’m completely independent. Still a little financially reliant but other than that I do everything by myself. I’m a completely functioning adult.

This story is so poorly written it looks like a mere porn and fap material, sorry for those who see a bit of depth into it. It has no explication to why the big guy is so sexual-hungry and needs to bangs so much ass other than to satisfy the fantasies of the Fujoshi.
The rape doesn't bother me since it's yaoi and there's plenty of this in this genre, what's problematic is the complete absence of realism and common sense of this story.
The "Seme" is practically a sexual perpetrator, he has no purpose in life other than being a dick and find assholes for his penis, he completely lacks of emotions, he has clear traits of psychopathy. We don't know what he's doing in life and how he can live in such big apparment since he seems jobless... About the Uke he's our usual little doormat and just let the dick guy doing whatever he wants with his body. The "my sister taught me to be kind like this" is bullcrap when he confuses being kind to a lost cat or people who are really in need or are in danger, VS a sex offender who constantly needs to bang if not he's gonna lose his head -_- Speaking about a "honor student" who's so dumb you don't know how he can be honor student in the first place...

Yes, it should be like you say, infortunately it isn't at all and that's why we see such tragic situations. Truth is some of the bystanders are themselves psychopaths and sadists who enjoy silently seeing someone being bullied or tortured, some don't care at all, others are cowards and there are these who are too happy to not be the one being targeted. This is a sad, sad world!
I'm in love with this art style, I love everything and it's not often that I can say this. Once again thank you God for providing us such talented artists and splendid characters to contemplate. The story and its concept is captivating too, this is the kind of work that makes me believe that BL still has beautiful things to show.
It'll be nice to know more about the Seme's past and how he got there, starving all alone like this... If there are other Akashibitos like him...
I like the Uke, he's kind, pretty and cute, down to earth... It's saddening to see his kindness never be repaid with a bit of sympathy back; like he's always nice to others but he's surrounded by assholes. Living small incidents daily like this is maybe not life-threatening but having to endure them everyday is exhausting and life poisonous in the end. His sorrows are perfectly enderstandable. Drawn in his own misfortune he has maybe become negative, gloomy and a bit of an airhead, that doesn't help him even more in his social life. In every way it's not good for him and it seems he's trapped in a circle of calamities... My poor guy... :'( I hope he'll finally have some rest and happiness with the Seme, but I sense drama...
The romance looks like it'll take a bit of time to develop, which is better considering that mentally our Uke isn't ready yet.
