im convinced that the seme intentionally didnt prep the uke to hurt him. if anything, itās the seme who has been on the receiving end throughout both chapters. poor uke, it mustve hurt a lot.
i noticed 2 things here. the uke expected sex for mutual pleasure as they have been doing (uke expressed this after throwing up in ch. 23. sure it would hurt, but not THAT painful. the seme is foul for this one), and the seme expected to finally have clarity of his feelings for uke as just some pent-up teenage sex dream. he intended this to be one of his R dreams of the uke (these scenes started showing up after the uke said stop). ironically, no one blushes that hard after getting tired of them from having āraunchy sexā so, the seme forced himself to realize his undeniable attraction for the uke. itās not the ukeās body, or not getting to fuck the uke from 10 years ago from high fucking school that bothered him, itās that heās liked the uke ever since. same situation with the uke, whose also had dozens of experiences but with the opposite sex for sure. iām guessing next chapter, the seme is going to finally do his job right? right???
i like the twisted elements of the manhwa (plus itās spicy lol). the title really sticks to you since you could understand the charm: 999 thing. i also like that while fl intended for an OP setting, you could see through her irl character (e.i., sucking at seducing in an otome game first of all). the three MLs are also interesting in a lot of different ways. i could talk more about it but iād say for now that what struck me the most was that their tittles werenāt the only aspect distinguishing them (clichĆ© roles with rounded characters for a fantasy setting).
