this is so beautiful, i can smell the anime adaptation brewing. this is like the perfect recipe for an anime adaptation
only on chap 4 but the truth is, if mc (sangnam) had also been fat, han deol would also have never looked at him/ admired him. he also fell for his looks. just wanted to put that out there. human attraction can be superficial, shallow and fleeting at first. excited to see how they develop and get to know each other in depth however as they come to love one another deeply

MINDREADER FINALLYYYYYY I HAVE BEEN WAITING. whilst i try really hard to not fall for the ploy of shipping mc with some dude (just as people in this manga would LMAO) i must say, deep down, i’m rooting for mindreader if it has to happen. i just think it’d be so hilarious

i totally understand where you’re coming from. i just don’t feel like their dynamic would feel very balanced, or at least with the way things are at the moment with mc being painfully aware of the bl flags in his universe and hayato perfectly falling into each of them as if he was programmed for it. whilst with the mind reader, we actually have a chance to see him uncover the bl flags and be on a more equal footing with mc and with them both being in uni and all. but either way, i wouldn’t really mind as i’m sure the author would develop it sensibly
i think, after all this effort, she’s definitely going to be able to go abroad. hence, ml will go too!! it’s his chasing + redemption arc; he has been quietly supporting her and this is to makeup for how he’s made nicole feel all this time. i feel like he’d accept it if she doesn’t want to be with him too, he’s just not going down without a fight (to the point of moving to another country for her instead of blocking her move) and i can respect that
