horus was being mind controlled by sekhmet when he raped seth, and i agree with you on most parts, except that i don't actually like anubis. idk if it's just cause he doesn't actually know shit about, well, anything really, but he just seems kind of whiny and spoiled? not gonna go into details cause i don't remember which bits have already happened and which are from the raws
(that being said, i don't think that anubis is a bad person, i just personally don't like him very much, but that's a me thing)
and yes, i feel the same about seth. he is very pitiable, seeing as he has been through hell and back, and has been betrayed by pretty much everyone he trusted and loved, but, as you said, mass murderer. kind of inexcusable that kinda thing (￣∇￣")
(that being said i still love my poor murder baby, but i just love morally grey characters in general so that's just me being me again)
also, i totally agree that while the characters are all incredibly well written and all seem to have depth and i love how each of them impacts the story in their own ways, i don't think i actually like any single one of them. they're all(minus horus, poor cinnamon roll) kind of horrible people, though that might just be due to the fact that they're gods, not people?
also-also, yes. fuck osiris, obviously, crusty-ass wannabe shrek should go rot in duaat and leave everyone else(read: seth) alone jfc. and i really, REALLY dislike isis, mostly for victim-blaming seth
YES LITERALLY. and i feel the same about anubis, he's one of the only characters that isn't bad in this story but that doesn't have to make him likeable. though i kinda like him and yeah it was hinted that he was mind controlled but i wasn't sure if i had read that right, in that case it would probably be up to seth how to feel about horus

Thiss!!! After that heartbreaking scene and after understanding his feelings I just wanted him to be happy no matter with who. He deserved to be happy and even though it seems the author filled the void of happiness with the two little kids I still wanted him to find romantic love. Also his fear honestly so valid.
exactly. like when the selvar told him that it was unfair that he left him and that he did it to get away from, it really wasn't! he did it for the selvar. and i love the kids too but a bad habit of his is taking care of others fervently so i hope he has time for himself too. im still hoping we see him in the later chapters but that's probably impossible since that story has ended
