There is a really good reason for this. Usually Lezhin doesn’t change characters names but this time it has to do with the meaning of their names. Skylar is originally Haneul which means "Sky" in Korean and Cirrus (a type of cloud) is originally Hyunwoon, which sounds similar to the Korean word for cirrus and has the same character. I think they also did it so the wordplay in the name of the webtoon would make more sense. And also Cloud storage.
