I remember reading this a year or so back and i fell in loveeee with the story premise. The ML and FL dynamic was really refreshing too and i loved the plotline too. The only thing that was really an annoyance to read through was any scene the Crown Prince was in. He’s just as insufferable in the manhwa as he was in the novel (‘:
Omg i thought it wouldn’t be as bad as i thought i would be, but no he is full on leading her on and its painful to watch cause she literally cannot move on from this guy in the slightest. He seems to also be the ml and if that’s the case i’m stopping here cause she’s just getting played left, right and centre by this one guy and it’s becoming a hard watch.
Like atp i wish this all coulda set place at their awakening when they’re of-age instead of now as children/minors, cause this whole Yura business is acc weird ASF. I HATE DERRICK SM but icl this arc in the novel is one of my faves, i reread it all the time, but it doesn’t make it any less heartbreaking to read and it doesn’t lessen my hate for that absolute asshole. From the start of the coming-of-age ceremony to the end and the aftermath, i love it! My heart still breaks for her everytime.
