The age of consent in Japan differs from prefecture to prefecture. Almost all of them have 18 as their age of consent. some are 16. The very few places that have 13 as their age of consent are some islands.

HOWEVER, Doyun actually accepts him, rut and all (plus Taehan says a lot of “honest” things while in rut) And after it all, they end up being fine, so even if it may “look” bad in the next chapter or so, it actually isn’t in the end.
