From what i've read so far from the raws, he really is a psychopath. He is claiming he is one and acting like a harmless weirdo on purpose, who would suspect him this way? He is far from harmless and pretty much obsessed with the heroine. He's been even stalking her. I can't say that i don't ship them since this is fiction, but in reality he's rather terrifying.

All the tears i shied go to Jaeha and only him. I don't care about Yoseob or anyone else. Jaeha was a soul gone unfairly, he cared for his brother till the end, even tho he knew that he had lost his mind. He was innocent and the only thing he craved for was friends and people to love him. It was very unfair he died. Rest in peace Jaeha.
