If he really loved him he wouldn't take this selfish decision of taking Kyung Soo's life, he has no right to. This not the way to solve Kyung Soo's problems, this is just madness only an unstable person would choose.
No, I think DongHyuk is off his rocker because of all he's been through (guilt, shame, obsession). But what he's doing in his nutjob state is exactly what is needed to wake up the people who are in this insanity loop (KyungSoo continually self-sacrificing and Yule continually hurting). This is the thing that's making Yule stop and face shit and maybe KyungSoo, too. Both of them are in a majorly destructive loop that they dragged others into. This wild act can break that.
And running away won't work. Yule has money, henchmen, and obsession. He'll track them down.
No this is wrong. What if Yule actually gave even less shit for Kyung Soo and actually didn't stab himself with a knife (sorry for spoiling)? Then Kyung Soo would end up dead by Dong Hyung. The less deserving of death person would end up freaking dead.
Also that's why i said that Dong Hyuk would stay behind, and try to fight of Yule with a better plan, while he doesn't expect it so that Kyung Soo would escape freely.
That is one path, ,but we don't know if DongHyuk would have gone through with it. We only know there's a threat at this point. Considering he had TWO knives, it's possible his plan was to pressure Yule. What DH should do is just kill Yule and between him and KyungSoo, they could make a helluva case of self-defense. :)
Yeah, but it's possible that he was actually planning to do it considering the rush and deep emotions he had at the moment. And he also had already dig his knife a bit, making Kyung Soo bleed. :)
Kyung Soo shouldn't stay with neither of them.
Reasons:
1. It's absolutely confirmed and clear that Yule is suffering from some sort of mental illness, making him extremely dangerous. He totally abused Kyung Soo in the worst way possible, breaking him both mentally and physically. You can't blame Kyung Soo for wanting to return to Yule, after being threatened and manipulated by him. Yule was planting fear and threat in his mind, making Kyung Soo paranoid.
2. Dong Hyun may have good intentions, but he can't completely understand Kyung Soo since he can't really know to what kind of torture he's being through. While Kyung Soo, has some feelings for him, the main reason he clung to Dong Hyun was because he was in need of a person ''lay on'', a person to comfort him, also because he was feeling guilty for putting him into so much danger due to Yule's obsessiveness. Yes, Dong Hyun does put Kyung Soo's mind in peace but at the same time reminds him of the ''past'', making the feelings of fear, guilt and suffer come back to him.
In conclusion, Kyung Soo should leave the past behind and every person associated with it, and make a new start. I don't say that he should jump into oblivion, but he should definitely try to move on, to start completely fresh. Sometimes escaping from things and leaving them behind isn't bad. Especially if they're traumatizing and unpleasant.

Yeah, i get what you mean. He definitely thought that it's hopeless, but the truth is that he didn't try 'for real' to escape from everything because he had his worries about Dong Hyun getting hurt so he couldn't really leave him and his past. This time he needs to try for real(^～^)
